El ser humano como sujeto en la propuesta ontológica emancipadora de Franz J. Hinkelammert

Abstract

O estudo aqui apresentado se debruça em uma aproximação as contribuições da proposta ontológica presente no pensamento de Franz Hinkelammert a partir da sua concepção do ser humano como sujeito. Análise que pretende articular os diversos núcleos conceituais desde os quais esta ideia contribui à fundamentação de uma teoria empírica do sujeito. Sustenta-se numa reconstituição das bases míticas e racionais de alienação empírica do sujeito que sintetiza na crítica à racionalidade instrumental médio-fim. Profundo estudo no qual funda seu cítrica ao empirismo niilista do modelo subjetivo neoliberal como desenvolvimento extremo da modernidade. Sustento desde o qual identifica a necessidade da definição das pautas antropológicas de uma racionalidade que reconheça o a priori material do ser humano. Situa assim a vida como condição de possibilidade de todo o processo de subjetivação, determinada pela dinâmica contingencial da necessidade, que determina o carácter de alteridade genérica e empírica do sujeito. O ser humano como sujeito aparece como princípio de impossibilidade empírica que condiciona a dinâmica de tensão irredutível entre sujeito e lei que se expressa no conflito entre a racionalidade instrumental e a racionalidade reprodutiva nos causes de resistência frente à objetividade casual, a eficiência económica e legalidade política.Emerge assim a proposta de uma racionalidade reprodutiva que condicione a redução dos elementos normativos, discursivos e formais à possibilidade de reprodução do ser humano e seu contexto natural. A partir deste sustento se desenvolve sua proposta de uma compressão genérica do sujeito como ausência, alteridade ao interior da realidade. Alteridade cingida à condição de sujeito necessitado que implica o carácter indeterminado da sua condição de exclusão, que aborda na sua definição do sujeito reprimido. Condição na qual uma ética do bem comum se apresenta como determinismo pratico que possibilite a redução da utilidade, verdade e legitimidade à condição de possibilidade que representa o ser humano como sujeito. Alicerce conceptual desde o que contribui, apesar de suas limitações contextuais, a uma interpretação que supere os supostos sócio deterministas desde os quais se pensou ao sujeito como processo em nosso contexto teórico.

The study presented here is based on an approach to the contributions of the ontological proposal present in the thought of Franz Hinkelammert from his conception of the human being as subject. Analysis that tries to articulate the diverse conceptual nuclei from which this idea contributes to the foundation of an empirical theory of the subject. This is based on a reconstitution of the mythical and rational bases of empirical alienation of the subject that synthesizes in the critique of instrumental rationality half-fin. Deep study in which it bases its citric to the nihilistic empiricism of the neoliberal subjective model like extreme development of the modernity. Support from which identifies the need to define the anthropological guidelines of a rationality that recognizes the material a priori of the human being. It thus places life as a condition of possibility of any process of subjectivation, determined by the contingent dynamics of necessity, which determines the character of generic and empirical alterity of the subject. The human being as a subject appears as a principle of empirical impossibility that conditions the dynamics of irreducible tension between subject and law that is expressed in the conflict between instrumental rationality and reproductive rationality in the causes of resistance against casual objectivity, economic efficiency And political legality.Thus emerges the proposal of a reproductive rationality that conditions the reduction of normative, discursive and formal elements to the possibility of reproduction of the human being and its natural context. From this sustenance develops his proposal of a generic compression of the subject as absence, alterity within the reality. Closeness alterity to the condition of subject needed that implies the indeterminate nature of its condition of exclusion, which it addresses in its definition of the repressed subject. Condition in which an ethic of the common good presents itself as a practical determinism that makes possible the reduction of utility, truth and legitimacy to the condition of possibility represented by the human being as subject. It is a conceptual field from which it contributes, despite its contextual limitations, to an interpretation that surpasses the socio-deterministic assumptions from which the subject has been thought as process in our theoretical context.
