| Abstract: | Esta é uma pesquisa qualitativa, sendo um estudo de caso múltiplo, onde se realizou análise de documentos e entrevistas em profundidade, com corte transversal. Ela tem como base o estudo de seis frameworks de implementação da gestão do conhecimento, que são ferramentas que direcionam as empresas a encontrarem o melhor caminho para a solução dos seus problemas. Essa pesquisa foi aplicada em três empresas do setor calçadista. Como resultados a que a pesquisa chegou, pode-se dizer: o número de categorias com mais dificuldades apresentadas pelas empresas de grande porte foi menor, já o número de categorias com mais dificuldades apresentadas pela empresa de médio porte foi maior; as empresas de grande porte apresentaram mais facilidades em pontos relevantes, como estratégia, suporte da liderança, sistemas de informação, comunicação e estrutura; as empresas de grande porte apresentaram ambas três categorias com mais dificuldades, sendo que a empresa A apresentou mais dificuldades em capital humano, sistema de recompensas e treinamento, enquanto o caso piloto apresentou mais dificuldades em capital humano, sistema de recompensas e cultura. Ao se comparar o quadro final com o quadro dos frameworks que serviram de base para essa pesquisa, percebe-se que as empresas A, B e caso piloto não se encaixam em nenhum framework, o que permite concluir que nenhuma das empresas tem de fato a gestão do conhecimento implementada em suas empresas. Isto porque as empresas capacitadas, que seriam a empresa A e o caso piloto, ambas tiveram o número de entrevistados que apresentou facilidades igual ao número de entrevistados que apresentou dificuldades no tópico processo, que aparece em todos os frameworks, o que não permite concluir se as empresas apresentam mais facilidade ou mais dificuldade em relação a esse tópico.
This is a qualitative research, being a multiple case study where further cross-sectional analyses of documents and interviews have been carried out. It has as basis the study of six frameworks of implementation of the knowledge management which are tools that guide companies to find the best way to solve their problems. This research was carried out in three companies of the footwear sector. As to the results the research has come up to, it can be said: the number of categories with more difficulties shown by large companies was smaller, yet the number of categories with more difficulties shown by medium-sized companies was bigger; the large companies showed more facilities in relevant points such as strategy, leadership support, information systems, communication, and structure; the large companies both showed three categories with more difficulties, being the Company A the one that showed more difficulty in human capital, system of rewards, and training while the pilot case showed more difficulties in human capital, system of rewards, and culture. When comparing the final table with the table of frameworks that were used as basis to this research it is noted that companies A, B, and the pilot case did not fit in any framework, what leads to the conclusion that none of the companies has in fact the knowledge management implemented in their companies. This is so because the capable companies which would be company A and the pilot case both had the number of interviewees that showed facilities equal to the number of interviewees that showed difficulties on the process topic that is seen in all frameworks, what does not permit to conclude if the companies show more facility or more difficulty in relation to this topic. |
