| Abstract: | O nosso objeto de pesquisa são as organizações hospitalares acreditadas, tendo como objetivos analisar os discursos organizacionais de hospitais com acreditação internacional pela Joint Commission International (JCI) que emergem na ambiência digital, especialmente nos seus sites/portais; discutir a possível ocorrência [ou não] de alguma relação de intenção discursiva que legitime a acreditação da Joint Commission International (JCI); e, investigar sobre como essas organizações se (re)constroem discursivamente a partir da interação mediada pelo computador. Para atender a esses objetivos recorremos às concepções de comunicação de França (2006) e Wolton (2010), ao entendimento dos níveis interação de Primo (2011, 2013) e às dimensões de interação propostas por Oliveira (2016), elementos da filosofia da linguagem de Bakhtin (2011, 2014) e à abordagem teórico-metodológica de Charaudeau (2007; 2008). Scroferneker, Amorim e Oliveira (2016), subsidiaram o nosso entendimento sobre organizações e comunicação organizacional e Fairhurts e Putnan (2010), sobre a concepção de que as organizações se constituem como construções discursivas.Santaella (2006, 2007, 2010), Lima (2008), dentre outros autores, por sua vez, apoiaram nossas discussões/reflexões sobre ambiência/comunicação digital, mídias/redes sociais e interações midiatizadas. Selecionamos o Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA), acreditado em 2017 e considerado como um Hospital Universitário de referência, como estudo de caso. Considerando as dimensões sugeridas por Oliveira (2016) e os níveis de interação de Primo (2011), identificamos uma postura informacional, por parte do HCPA, quando das interações analisadas nas plataformas do Facebook e do Twitter. Igualmente, observamos que o Hospital legitima e (re)afirma em seu site/portal o discurso buscando aproximar os seus valores às solicitações da organização acreditadora.
Our research objective is to accredited hospital organizations, aiming to analyze the organizational discourses of hospitals with international accreditation by the Joint Commission International (JCI) that emerge in the digital environment, especially in their sites / portals; discussing the possible occurrence [or not] of some discursive intention relationship that would legitimize Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation; and to investigate how these organizations (re) construct themselves discursively from the interaction mediated by the computer. In order to meet these objectives, we used the communication conceptions of França (2006) and Wolton (2010), to understand the interaction levels of Primo (2011, 2013) and the interaction dimensions proposed by Oliveira (2016), elements of the philosophy of language of Bakhtin (2011, 2014) and to the theoretical-methodological approach of Charaudeau (2007; 2008).Scroferneker, Amorim and Oliveira (2016), subsidized our understanding of organizational and organizational communication and Fairhurts and Putnan (2010), on the conception that organizations constitute as discursive constructions. Santaella (2006, 2007, 2010), Lima (2008), among others, supported our discussions / reflections on digital environment / communication, media / social networks and mediated interactions. We selected the Hospital of Clinics of Porto Alegre (HCPA), accredited in 2017 and considered as a Reference University Hospital, as a case study. Considering the dimensions suggested by Oliveira (2016) and the interaction levels of Primo (2011), we identified an informational posture by the HCPA when interactions analyzed on Facebook and Twitter platforms. Likewise, we note that the Hospital legitimizes and (re) affirms in its site / portal the speech seeking to approximate its values to the requests of the accreditation organization. |
