| Resumo: | O estudo analisa de que forma as matérias jornalísticas do website de notícias G1 abordaram o tema da violência contra a mulher durante o ano de 2016, o ano de celebração dos dez anos da Lei Maria da Penha, a fim de identificar o conteúdo educativo–formativo das notícias. A violência se manifesta de muitas maneiras: insultos, ameaças, estupros, assédio, assassinatos, mas também em formas mais sutis e simbólicas como a desqualificação e a humilhação. A maioria dos atos violentos ocorre no ambiente doméstico e a vítima, geralmente, conhece o agressor. O grande número de denúncias e manifestações coletivas ocorridas em vários países, nas últimas décadas, desencadeou um processo que tirou a violência contra a mulher do âmbito doméstico, tornando-a pública. Neste cenário, tomando as mídias como um tema de estudo, é possível observar, especialmente através da mídia escrita digital, que elas se constituem em um assunto de interesse geral e desenvolvem uma importante função educativa. Desse modo, a mídia apresenta-se como um agente de socialização, funcionando como construtora de comportamentos, valores e padrões.Para realizar a análise e a interpretação no processo de pesquisa qualitativa de caráter exploratório (análise documental), utilizamos o método da análise textual discursiva. Também nos utilizamos da hermenêutica feminista para interpretar os fenômenos e discursos a partir da leitura de mundo das mulheres. Dentre as 762 matérias jornalísticas coletadas, foram analisadas 20 notícias com diferentes enfoques sobre a violência contra a mulher. A partir da análise das matérias jornalísticas de 2016, pode-se identificar que o medo e a solidão são aspectos desencorajadores das mulheres que pretendem fazer a denúncia, que a maioria das abordagens apresentou um caráter policial, concentrando-se em reproduzir as informações das autoridades, reforçando estereótipos e discriminações contra as mulheres, bem como naturalizando a violência de gênero.
The study analyzes how the news items of the G1 news website addressed the theme of violence against women during the year 2016, the year celebrating the ten years of the Maria da Penha Law, in order to identify the educational-formative content of the news. Violence manifests itself in many ways: insults, threats, rapes, harassment, murders, but also in more subtle and symbolic forms such as disqualification and humiliation. Most violent acts occur in the home environment and the victim generally knows the perpetrator. The large number of denunciations and collective demonstrations that have taken place in several countries in recent decades has triggered a process that has taken violence against women from the domestic sphere, making it public. In this scenario, taking the media as a topic of study, it is possible to observe, especially through the digital media, that they constitute a subject of general interest and develop an important educational function. In this way, the media presents itself as an agent of socialization, functioning as a constructor of behaviors, values and standards.To perform the analysis and interpretation in the qualitative exploratory research process (documentary analysis), we used the discursive textual analysis method. We also use feminist hermeneutics to interpret phenomena and discourses from the worldview of women. Among the 762 news items collected, 20 news items with different approaches on violence against women were analyzed. Based on the analysis of the journalistic issues of 2016, one can identify that fear and loneliness are discouraging aspects of women who intend to make the complaint, who in most of the approaches presented a police character, concentrating on reproducing the information of the authorities , reinforcing stereotypes and discrimination against women, as well as naturalizing gender violence. |
