| Abstract: | Esta é uma pesquisa sobre a televisão pública analisando a programação, a recepção e a ideologia da Fundação Piratini – Rádio e Televisão Educativa do Rio Grande do Sul (TVE-RS). A TVE-RS, desde a implantação do Conselho Deliberativo, 1995, passou a se denominar de televisão pública. Este trabalho teve como objetivo detectar, através da produção e transmissão das formas simbólicas, da construção das mensagens e da recepção e apropriação dos conteúdos, se a emissora pode ser classificada nesta categoria. Este estudo de caso utilizou a metodologia da Hermenêutica de Profundidade de John B. Thompson (1995). Através da Ideologia que permeia a produção na análise discursiva, acrescentada à análise sócio-histórica, houve a possibilidade de se fazer uma interpretação/reinterpretação dos conteúdos, que mostrou a distância da TVE-RS do modelo de televisão pública e uma proximidade muito forte com o modelo estatal, com forte influência governamental.
This is a research on public television analyzing the programming, the reception and Fundação Piratini's Ideology - Radio and Educational Television of Rio Grande do Sul (TVE-RS). TVE-RS, from the implantation of Deliberative Council, 1995, passed being called of public television. This work had as objective detects, through the production and transmission in the symbolic ways, of the construction of the messages and of the reception and appropriation of the contents, if the broadcasting station can be classified in this category. This case study used the methodology of Hermenêutica of Depth of John B. Thompson (1995). Through the Ideology that permeates the production in the discursive analysis, increased to the analysis sóciohistórica, there was the possibility to do an interpretação/reinterpretação of the contents, that showed the distance of TVE-RS of the model of public television and a very strong proximity with the state model, with strong government influence. |
