A comunicação no poder judiciário: um estudo do Tribunal de Justiça do Rio Grande do Sul

Abstract

Esta dissertação constitui o trabalho de conclusão para o Curso de Mestrado em Comunicação Social e tem por objetivo verificar como funciona a Comunicação no Poder Judiciário, em especial no Rio Grande do Sul. Leva em consideração opiniões e pontos de vista de profissionais da Comunicação e do Poder Judiciário. Faz uma retrospectiva histórica da formação do Estado, do Poder Judiciário e do Direito, bem como da Comunicação Social e suas diversas teorias, para facilitar o entendimento da sua estrutura atual. Utiliza a pesquisa bibliográfica e a técnica de entrevista com pauta. Baseia sua análise na Teoria do Agir Comunicativo de Jürgen Hebermas.

This dissertation constituted the final work for a Social Communication Master’s Course and has as the objective of observing how Judiciary Communication functions, especially in Rio Grande do Sul. The work takes into consideration the opinions and points of view of professionals in the field. It creates a retrospective history of the formation of the State, of Judiciary Power and the Law, as well as Social Communication and its diverse theories, to better understand its current structure. The work employs bibliographic research and interview techniques and topic summaries. The basis of its analysis is Jürgen Habermas Communicative Action Theory.
