Evolução do complexo da construção civil brasileiro entre 2000 e 2005: uma abordagem de insumo-produto

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta o estudo sobre a construção civil brasileira através da teoria de insumo-produto, utilizando as matrizes1 de 2000 e 2005 do IBGE. Estabelece-se as bases conceituais das relações intersetoriais e o desenvolvimento, procurando identificar os elementos teóricos para compreensão do tema. Primeiramente é definido o complexo da construção civil, adotando a metodologia referente ao estudo do agronegócio. A classificação dos subsetores industriais da MIP segue o conceito de base técnica similar. Definido o complexo, percebe-se que ele responde por aproximadamente 12,5% do valor adicionado. Analisa-se a posição relativa de alguns indicadores do complexo em relação ao sistema econômico.

This dissertation presents a study of the construction complex, dealing with the input-output theory, using the matrices of 2000 and 2005 the IBGE. The conceptual basis of intersectoral relations and development, is dealt with, seeking to identify the elements for theoretical understanding of the subject. First the constrution is identified, adopting the methodology concerning the study of agribusiness. The classification of industrial subsectors follows the concept of the input-output technique. Defined the complex, we find that it accounts for approximately 12,5% of the value added. The analysis breaks down the relative position of some indicators of the complex in the economic system.
