| Abstract: | A pesquisa, tipo Estudo de Caso, focaliza a produção de sentido no projeto de vida do educador universitário e suas interfaces com a construção de uma vida geradora de bem-estar docente e bem-sucedida. O referencial teórico, que embasa o estudo, fundamenta-se nos pressupostos de V. E. Frankl, no que se refere ao sentido da vida, estabelecendo-se uma interlocução com autores que discutem suas postulações teóricas, assim como com outros que problematizam a vida do educador e as dimensões do bem-estar na docência. O campo empírico da investigação é o Centro Universitário La Salle - Unilasalle –Canoas - RS, localizado na região metropolitana de Porto Alegre. Os sujeitos participantes são os acadêmicos formandos, os educadores com carga-horária igual ou superior a 16h/a e, no mínimo, com dois anos de contrato na Instituição, que lecionam nos cursos de graduação oferecidos por ela, e os coordenadores desses cursos. A coleta de dados foi estruturada em duas etapas: na primeira os acadêmicos, os coordenadores de cursos e os educadores responderam um questionário contendo duas questões abertas, sendo que a primeira se refere às características de um educador bem-sucedido e realizado, pessoal e profissionalmente, e a segunda, solicita a indicação de nomes de educadores da instituição que os sujeitos consideram bem-sucedidos e demonstram um bem-estar no exercício da ação docente. Tendo-se presente tais indicações, os dez educadores mais citados pelos três grupos de sujeitos participaram do Estudo de Caso, e o instrumento utilizado foi uma entrevista semi-estruturada. A análise dos dados coletados foi realizada através da técnica de Análise de Conteúdo proposta por Bardin.A análise dos dados resultou nas seguintes categorias quanto à produção de sentido na vida dos educadores: realização e êxito na vida; querer existencial; internalização de exemplos de figuras parentais e educativas que ajudam a caminhar; construção do eu no ser para o outro; escolhas que fazem crescer; vínculo com o outro: pessoa e Instituição; a invenção de um método; e processo formativo na dupla face: estudar e trabalhar. Apresenta-se uma proposta de Logoformação, como possibilidade e potencialidade na perspectiva de formar e educar para a produção de sentido.
The research, Study Case type, focuses the production of sense in the life project of the university educator and its interfaces with the building of a generating life of teaching well-being and successful. The theoretic referential that bases the study, founds itself in the presupposed by V. E. Frankl in what is referred to the sense of life, establishing a dialogue with authors who discuss their theoretic postulations. Also with authors who render problematic the life of the educator and the dimensions of comfort in teaching. The empiric field of the investigation is the La Salle University Center – Unilasalle – Canoas – Rs, situated in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre. The participant subjects are the graduating students, the educators with a time-table load equal or higher to 16hrs-classes and, at least, with a two-year contract in the institution, who teach in the graduation courses offered by it, and the coordinators of those courses. The collection of data was structured in two stages: in the first, the students, the coordinators of courses and the educators answered a questionnaire having two open questions. The first one refers to the characteristics of a successful and accomplished educator, personally and professionally. The second one requests the indication of names of educators of the institution that the subjects consider as successful and demonstrate satisfaction in the exercise of the teaching action. Having in mind such indications, the ten most cited educators by the three groups of subjects participated in the Study of Case, and the instrument used was a semi-structured interview.The analysis of the collected data was realized through the technique of Analysis of Content proposed by Bardin. The analysis of the data resulted in the following categories as for the production of sense in the life of the educators: accomplishment and success in life; existential willing; internalization of examples of parental and educative figures that help walking; building of the self in the being for the other; choices that make grow; link with the other; person and institution; the invention of a method and formative process in the double face: to study and to work. A proposal of Logo formation is presented, as a possibility and potentiality in the perspective of forming and educating for the production of sense. |
