| Resumo: | A pesquisa analisa o processo de construção de uma instituição educacional particular de Porto Alegre-Escola Projeto (1988-2008). Desde sua fundação, atua com Educação Infantil e tem como meta a formação continuada de seus docentes e a construção de propostas pedagógicas, visando implementar uma metodologia de trabalho diferenciada. Atualmente, possui duas unidades de ensino, atuando também com o Ensino Fundamental até a quarta série. Os pressupostos que fundamentam as práticas da Escola Projeto estão baseados nos autores e teóricos que utilizam as linhas cognitivistas como premissa. A pesquisa em questão se debruçou sobre os documentos pedagógicos encontrados no arquivo escolar e depoimentos de sujeitos que, de alguma forma, participaram do processo de construção da escola. O estudo analisa as práticas educativas e sua abrangência em termos de formação contínua. Os depoimentos buscaram evidenciar as possibilidades de formação de alunos, docentes, funcionários e demais pessoas ligadas à instituição, dando um sentido bastante significativo ao potencial de pesquisa que emerge dos documentos materiais e circunstanciais, das pessoas, imagens e práticas observadas nessa instituição. A pesquisa ainda indica algumas perspectivas de estudo presentes no ambiente escolar e aponta para novos focos de pesquisa no que se refere à formação em serviço.
This research analyzes the building process of a private educational institution from Porto Alegre-ESCOLA PROJETO, (1988-2008). Since its foundation, it works with early childhood education, and aims at fostering continuous training of its teachers as well as developing its educational proposals, so to build up a unique approach to work. Currently it has two campuses, that encompasses nursery school, kindergarten and primary levels until the fourth grade. The assumptions underlying the practices of Escola Projeto are based on the authors and theorists who support the cognitive process. The research presented here has analyzed the school documents as well as testimonials from people who somehow participated in the process of building the school. The study examines the educational practices and its scope in terms of training. The testimonials considered in this research aim at highlighting the possibilities of building up students, teachers, staff and other persons linked to the institution, giving a meaningful sense to the research that emerges from the materials and circumstantial documents, persons, images and practices observed in this institution. The research intends not only to present the potentiality of study in the school environment but also to indicate new areas of research regarding inservice training. |
