| Abstract: | Esta tese apresenta conhecimentos elaborados a partir de uma pesquisa-formação. Embasada na construção de biografias educativas, a metodologia possibilita a compreensão de singularidades plurais e de pluralidades singulares. Todos os conhecimentos construídos, em coerência com a metodologia utilizada, passam pela história de diversos sujeitos e pela minha mesma, e pretendem sustentar que as diferentes experiências formais e informais pertencem a nossa formação enquanto professores e professoras, pessoas singulares que buscam no encontro com a cultura e com a ciência a definição de papeis sociais pré-determinados que, no entanto, serão exercidos com os matizes de cada um, e que a escuta e a narrativa de vida permitem a ampliação de nosso repertório formativo. A pesquisa tem como base três grupos. Um grupo de pesquisa-formação, composto por mestrandos e doutorandos da PUC-RS, coordenado pela Dra. Maria Helena Menna Barreto Abrahão, do qual participei como aluna em formação, e cujo material me foi permitido utilizar pela professora, com o objetivo de compreender a aprendizagem narrada pelos sujeitos em suas vidas. Este grupo é a base do estudo que iniciei a realizar. Um segundo grupo, composto por alunos em especialização em educação do CEFET-RS e coordenado por mim, cujo objetivo foi o de refletir sobre a aprendizagem ao longo de suas vidas. E um terceiro grupo, de alunos em formação inicial, oriundos de diversas áreas que construíram suas biografias educativas. O papel formativo da escuta advindo do compartilhamento das narrativas que sempre acaba por falar de mim, ainda que se trate da narrativa do outro, e a importância de trabalharmos na formação de professores com os modelos pedagógicos introjetados ao longo da vida são importantes dimensões que aparecem no decorrer do trabalho realizado.
This thesis presents knowledge developed by an autobiographical research. Based on the construction of educational biographies, the methodology allows the understanding of singular pluralities and plural individualities. In all knowledge constructed, consistent with the methodology used, the story of many people including my own story are the environment of the investigation, and intend to argue that the various, formal and informal, experiences of our lives belong to our learning as teachers, people who find in culture and science the definition of social roles that even pre-determined will be exercised with the nuances of each one. The narrative of life and the listening of others narrative will expand our repertoire formation. The research is based on three groups. A group of researchers, formed by Master and PhD students of PUC-RS, coordinated by PhD. Maria Helena Menna Barreto Abrahão, in which I participated as a student. The teacher allowed the use of the material to my own research with the intention of understanding learning told by people along their lives. This group is the basis of this thesis. A second group, composed by students in education specializing at CEFET-RS and coordinated by myself, whose goal was to reflect on learning along their lives. And a third group of students, from different areas who have built their educational biographies. The formative role of listening that comes from sharing stories that always end up talking about me, even if it is the narrative of another, and the importance of studying the pedagogical models teachers form along their lives are important dimensions that appear in course of work. |
