| Resumo: | Este estudo teve como base um “espaço de retomada de bem-estar e de autoimagem/autoestima de educadores” relativizados pelo Método de Grupos de Sensibilização e Criatividade – GSC (Spieker de Oliveira, 2009) e buscou compreender qual a possível contribuição do referido método para bem-estar dos educadores, bem como seus desdobramentos para autoimagem e autoestima. A investigação caracterizada como Estudo de Caso e amparada em paradigma qualitativo construtivista, utilizou na coleta de dados as vivências do GSC, mais especificamente as produções destas vivências tais como: desenhos, dramatizações e textos escritos, bem como o registro de campo do pesquisador. Os dados foram estudados por meio da Análise de Conteúdo proposta por Bardin (2007). Da análise das produções do GSC emergiram cinco categorias, sendo elas: mal-estar - expectativas, uma busca constituinte; redefinir o desamparo pelo laço social: leitura do outro (a escuta); metaforizando-se, leitura de um novo texto/história/discurso; autoimagem como resultante da linguagem – a experiência de leitura pelo espelho e desdobramento do GSC espaço de leitura da autoimagem/autoestima refletida em bem-estar. O estudo evidenciou e relacionou a vida do homem com um texto a ser lido que necessita ser retomado e simbolizado por diferentes linguagens as quais o GSC utiliza como instrumento, como representação do malestar/ angústias/desamparo que todo homem está fadado. Contudo, o GSC por ser um trabalho em grupo possibilitou que seus participantes pudessem compartilhar seus textos/histórias/discursos, ancorados em uma escuta/leitura por parte do grupo que lê, reconhece e legitima este sujeito por meio da leitura de seu texto interno.Os achados da pesquisa desvelam que o homem por meio da sensibilização e da criatividade pode redefinir conjeturar e re-significar seu mal-estar, por meio da criação de cenas, personagens que dão vida a seu sofrimento, o qual transborda em direção a um leitor capaz de conferir sentido a sua produção.
This study was based on "a welfare’s space of recapture and the educators’ self-image and self-esteem" relativized by the Method of Group Awareness and Creativity - GAC (Spieker de Oliveira, 2009), and sought to understand the possible contribution of this method for welfare of the educators, as well as its consequences for self-image and self-esteem. Research characterized as a Case Study and based on constructivist qualitative paradigm was used in data gathering the experiences of the GAC, more specifically the output of these experiences such as drawing, drama and written texts and record the researcher's field. Data were analyzed through content analysis proposed by Bardin (2007). Analysis of the output of the GAC emerged five categories, such as: drawings, drama and written texts and record the researcher's field. Analysis of the production of GSC five categories, such as: welfare - expectations, a constituent search, redefining the abandon by social ties: reading the other (the listening); metaphorising up, reading a new text / story / speech, self-image as a result of language - the experience of reading and scrolling through the mirror of the reading room GAC self-image / esteem reflected in well-being. The study showed up and related the man's life with a human readable text that needs to be taken up and symbolized in different languages that the GAC uses as an instrument, as representation of the evilbe/ anguishes/helplessness that all man is fated. However, the GAC for being a working group has enabled its participants to share their writing / stories / speeches, anchored in a listening / reading by the group that reads, recognizes and legitimizes this subject by reading its inner text.The research findings reveal that the man through awareness and creativity can redefine conjecture and re-signify their malaise, through the creation of scenes, characters that give life to their suffering, which spills toward a reader able to make sense of its output. |
