| Resumen: | Com este trabalho, procurou-se avaliar a formação de uma consciência ambiental na comunidade escolar do Instituto Santa Luz ia, Por to Alegre, RS, capaz de despertar saberes e valores que lhes possibilitem compreender a realidade social e ecológica na construção da cidadania, após a implantação do projeto Educação Ambiental e Cidadania. A metodologia desta investigação na complexidade do contexto escolar f oi a abordagem qualitativa. A pesquisa aconteceu no período de abril 2002 a dezembro de 2003. As entrevistas realizadas e as respostas obtidas foram submetidas à análise de conteúdo. Desta análise, emergiram quatro categorias finai s: a concepção de Educação Ambiental ; as percepções dos sujeitos em relação à formação da consciência, a mudança em atitudes, conhecimentos e valores, a forma de interferência do projeto na comunidade escolar , e do envolvimento dos alunos da educação especial ; a cidadania como construção de um sujeito mais humano, consciente e participativo; o nosso papel f rente a real idade social e ecológica. Ao conclui r esta pesquisa, esperamos ter contribuído para que se possa compreender e refletir nossa ação em relação ao meio ambiente, como agentes transformadores, críticos e conscientes do sistema complexo da vida.
With thi s work I looked for to evaluate the formation of an ambient conscience in the pertaining to school community of the Institute Luzia Saint , Porto Alegre, RS, capable to awake to know and values that they make possible to them to under stand the social and ecological reality in the construction of the citizenship, after the implantation of the project Environmental Education and Citizenship. The methodology of this inquiry in the complexity of the pertaining to school context , was the qualitative boarding on the basis of the research-action. The research happened in the period of April 2002 to the December of 2003. The carried through interviews and the gotten answers had been submitted to the content analysis . Of this analysis four final categories had emerged: the conception of Environmental Education; the perceptions of the citizens in relation the formation of the conscience, the change in attitudes, knowledge and values , the form of interference of the project in the pertaining to school community, and of the envolvement of the pupils of the special education; the citizenship as construction of a more human, conscientious and participativo citizen; our paper front the social and ecological reality. When concluding this research I wait to have contributed so that let us can understand and reflect our action in relation to the environment , as transforming, critical and consientious agents of the complex system of the life. |
