| Abstract: | O debate sobre as polêmicas definições e funções atribuídas às redes sociais na contemporaneidade desafia as Ciências Sociais em geral e as aplicadas à busca de repostas para a ascensão das redes de solidariedade na sociedade globalizada. Frente a esse desafio, o presente estudo problematiza as contradições ideológicas e políticas que engendram a redes sociais, no sentido desvelar e analisar os fatores que mobilizam os sujeitos sociais e coletivos à se organizarem em forma de rede. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa para o estudo de caso de uma rede social localizada em uma comunidade da periferia de Porto Alegre. Orientada pelo Método Dialético-Crítico, a construção desse estudo fundamentou-se nas categorias da totalidade, da contradição e da historicidade. A contextualização da temática das redes sociais passa pelas intensas transformações societárias da década de 1980, que têm suas raízes no final da década de 1960, fruto da crise do sistema do capital nos anos de 1970 e da fragilização da concepção marxista como práxis de transformação social no seio da classe trabalhadora e de seus intelectuais. No bojo dessas transformações, há um processo de agudização das velhas expressões da questão social e o aparecimento de novas, ambas relacionadas ao fenômeno do desemprego estrutural.Concomitante a isso, sob orientação neoliberal o Estado tornou-se mínimo no enfrentamento das desigualdades sociais e vem repassando suas responsabilidades para o âmbito da sociedade civil. E, no que tange às expressões de resistência da classe trabalhadora, é retomada a figura do Estado Penal. Nesse contexto, há um incentivo do Estado para a emergência do Terceiro Setor, entre o público, de caráter estatal, e o privado, ligado aos interesses do mercado, que conta com a solidariedade transclassista. Clássicas organizações sociais que apoiavam os movimentos sociais de cunho reivindicatório passam a compor essa rede de solidariedade. Entretanto a organização dos movimentos sociais em forma de rede, a fim de contrapor-se à lógica da “globalização coorporativa neoliberal”, tem-se apresentado como um importante instrumento estratégico para as lutas sociais.As análises deste estudo vislumbram limites e possibilidade de essa rede compor-se enquanto um conceito propositivo, marcado por embates ideológicos e políticos, vinculados a interesses de classe. Sendo assim, este trabalho objetiva, acima de tudo, contribuir com a construção de conhecimento crítico e propositivo que vá ao encontro do fortalecimento das lutas da classe trabalhadora e da qualificação do trabalho profissional dos trabalhadores sociais, em especial dos assistentes sociais.
The debate about the polemic definitions and the functions attributed to the social networks in the topical time challenges the General Social Sciences and the aplicated to the search of answers for the rising of the solidarity networks in the globalized society. Facing this challenge, the present study discusses the ideological and politics contraditions that turn out the social networks, in the sence of showing and analyzing the factors that mobilize the social and collective chaps to organize in the form of network. It was done a quality study in a social network placed in a poor community of Porto Alegre. It was oriented by the Critical- Dialectical Method, the construction of this study had its bases on the categories of the totality, contradiction and its history. The context of the theme of the social networks pass by the intense social transformations of the 80’s decade, which has its roots in the final of 60’s decade, fruit from the crisis of the capital system in the 70’s decade and from the fadement of the Marxist conception as praxis of the social transformations in the middle of the working class and their intellectuals. As a part of these transformations, there is a process of heightening of the old expressions of the social question and the appearance of new ones, both related to the phenomenon of structural unemployment. At the same time, by the neoliberal direction the state reduced its action in the resolution of the social inequalities and it transfers its responsabilities to the civil society. And in what it refers to the resistance expressions of the working class, it is recaptured the figure of Penal State.In this context, there is an incentive of the state for the emergency of the third sector, between the public, of character state, and the private, linked to the interests of the market, that counts with a transclassist solidarity. Classic social organizations that supported the movements of the claim purpose starts to compose this solidarity network. However, the organization of social movements in form of networks, so as to oppose to the logic of “neoliberal corporative globalization” , it has been presented as an important strategic instrument to the social struggle. The analysis of the study glimpse limits and the possibility of this network to compose while a propositive concept, marked by ideologies and politics clashes, linked by class interests. So, this study has by objective, above all, to contribute with the construction of propositive and critic knowledge that runs into the strenghtness of the struggles of the working class and of the professional work qualification of the people that work with social questions, specially the social workers. |
