| Resumo: | Esta dissertação consiste em uma reflexão sobre o conceito de pessoa e trabalho, num contexto pós-moderno, à luz da Doutrina Social da Igreja. Parte da noção de pessoa, enquanto criada por Deus à Sua imagem e semelhança e, como tal, alguém que detém uma dignidade fundamental e inegociável. Analisa o trabalho e suas condições, como chave da questão social, nem sempre acessível a todos, e forma de participar do projeto de Deus, aperfeiçoando e transformando o mundo. O principal referencial teórico é constituído pela Doutrina Social da Igreja, apresentada em seu desenvolvimento histórico desde o século XIX até os anos recentes. Explicitam-se os desafios atuais, com destaque para as repercussões da globalização e da pós-modernidade em sua influência sobre a pessoa e a formação de uma nova cultura, mudanças paradigmáticas e mentalidade pluralista e tecnológica, alterando valores e normas da sociedade. Aborda a consciência crítica a respeito da salvaguarda do planeta e do cuidado com o ambiente natural que vem sendo explorado acima de sua capacidade de regeneração. Em conclusão destaca-se a busca de alternativas com a economia solidaria e aponta-se a necessidade da busca de uma cultura de paz que nasça da justiça. Como limites da Doutrina Social da Igreja destacam-se especialmente sua origem magisterial e não da reflexão pastoral, por um lado, e a frágil opção pelos pobres, de outro.
This thesis is a reflection about person and work conception, in a post-modern context, in the light of the Social Doctrine of the Church. From of the person notion, while created for God to Its image and similarity and, as such, someone that a fundamental and unnegotiable dignity withholds. It analyzes the work and its conditions, as key of the social question, nor always accessible to all, and way to participate of God´s project, perfecting and transforming the world. The main theoretical referencial is constituted by the Social Doctrine of the Church, presented in its historical development since century XIX until the recent years. Make explicit the current challenges, with prominence for globalization repercussions and post-modernity in its influence on person and new culture formation, paradigmatical changes and pluralistic and technological mentality, modifying values and norms of society. It approaches the critical conscience regarding safeguards of the planet and the care with the natural environment that comes being explored above of its regeneration capacity. In conclusion it is distinguished search of alternatives with the solidary economy and is pointed it necessity of the search of a peace culture that is born of justice. As Social Doctrine of the Church limits are distinguished especially its magisterial origin and not of the pastoral reflection, on the other hand, and the fragile option for the poor, of another one. |
