Abstract: Trata-se da análise do resveratrol que é a molécula responsável pelo benefício à saúde do vinho. Nosso laboratório foi pioneiro no Brasil em quantificar esta molécula. Neste relato, será mostrado nosso dados e futuros projetos com o resveratrol que poderá se torna um medicamento para doenças crônico-degenerativas.
