| Abstract: | A inserção das novas tecnologias de comunicação e informação não trouxe modificações somente no conhecimento, também o trabalho ao longo do tempo vem se remodelando com o uso de robôs e máquinas com tecnologia de ponta, o que de alguma forma trouxe implicações na formação do indivíduo, suas competências e habilidades. Houve mudanças na forma de educar este adulto, que ao contrário da criança, ao adquirir conhecimento quer aplicá-lo no seu dia-a-dia de trabalho, objetivando satisfação nas suas atividades, pois a aprendizagem do adulto está centrada nas experiências de vida. Na educação, principalmente na educação a distância, essas mudanças foram significativas socializando e democratizando o ensino. Com a globalização, as organizações têm um desafio a superar: inovar nas estratégias educacionais e profissionais que permitirão a atualização e o aperfeiçoamento constantes no mundo produtivo e nisso a educação corporativa tem muito a contribuir. Com a educação a distância foi se delineando um novo aluno, o aluno virtual que suscitou um estudo de seu perfil e motivação. A tecnologia de alguma forma influenciou o cotidiano das pessoas, não só com o uso do computador, equipamentos de última geração dentro de casa, mas também no lazer. A tecnologia vai aos poucos modificando a interação entre indivíduo e máquina, indivíduo-indivíduo, tornando-as virtuais.
The implantation of new communication and information technologies has not brought changes just in the knowledge, but the work throughout the time has also been reshaping itself with the use of robots and machines with the latest technologies, what in a certain way has brought implications in the individual’s upbringing, its competencies and skills. There have been changes in the way of educating adult, unlike the child that when gaining knowledge wants to apply it in its every day work, aiming satisfaction in its activities, because the adult learning is centred in the life experiences. In education, mainly in the distance learning, these changes were significant socializing and democratizing the teaching. With globalization, the organizations have a challenge to surpass: innovate in educational and Professional strategies that will allow the updating and the constant improvement on in the productive world and in this the corporative education has much to contribute. With the distance education, a new student was being drawing, a virtual student that has arisen a study of its profile and motivation. The technology has in a certain way influenced people’s quotidian, not only with the computer’s use and equipments of the latest generation at home, but also in leisure. The technology has been little by little modifying the interaction between individual and machine, individual-individual, making them virtual. |
