| Abstract: | O presente trabalho que sustentou-se na tese: “Criar uma cultura avaliativa na UNIVATES implica contemplar, além das dimensões explícitas indicadas pela legislação do – SINAES –, a dimensão humana implícita em cada um dos sujeitos, simultaneamente avaliadores e avaliados, integrantes da comunidade acadêmica na persecução do compromisso de permanente melhoria de qualidade da Educação Superior”, analisou o conjunto de ações desenvolvidas no interior dos processos avaliativos institucionais, verificou as práticas produzidas como resultantes desses processos e buscou junto aos sujeitos avaliadores/avaliados os entendimentos sobre como criar uma cultura avaliativa, quando se necessita da construção coletiva, com intensa participação da comunidade acadêmica, tanto nos procedimentos e implementação, quanto na utilização dos resultados. A investigação considerou a retrospectiva histórica dos processos avaliativos institucionais desenvolvidos na última década na e pela UNIVATES e as adequações realizadas com a implantação do novo sistema de avaliação – SINAES/2004 para compreender melhor o papel dos sujeitos avaliadores/avaliados envolvidos na construção de uma cultura avaliativa comprometida com a melhoria da qualidade da Educação que está a exigir a compreensão do todo em que está inserida e, principalmente da dimensão humana, que os processos legalmente instituídos ainda pouco nos revelam.Assim, buscou-se identificar por meio de uma abordagem Transdisciplinar, uma possível preocupação com o ser humano, ouvindo os sete membros da Comissão Própria de Avaliação – CPA (por entrevista semi-estruturada) e os seis integrantes da Comissão Interna de Avaliação – CIA, UNIVATES (por Grupo Focal). Os dados foram analisados à luz dos referenciais teóricos de Nicolescu, Morin e Wilber, enfocando as dimensões voltadas para a inteireza do ser, - Ser Humano Integral. O processo de avaliação desenvolvido nos mostrou que a cultura avaliativa desejada, embora não explicitada nos preceitos legais, se faz presente e em fase de construção na UNIVATES. Sugere-se, para tanto, a sustentação em um novo olhar (transdisciplinar) que viabiliza pelos seus pilares: complexidade, lógica do terceiro incluído e níveis de realidade, a abertura de possibilidade de não contradição entre diferentes culturas, vislumbrando caminhos para novas e permanentes construções, numa perspectiva de inacabamento.
The present work is based on the thesis “Providing an assessment culture at UNIVATES implies contemplating, beyond the explicit dimensions presented by the legislation of – SINAES – , the human dimension implicit in all the subjects, simultaneously evaluators/evaluated, part of the academic community in the persecution of the commitment of constant improvement of Higher Education quality”, it analysed the set of actions carried out inside the institutional evaluation processes, it checked the practices produced as result of these processes and brought from the evaluators/evaluated subjects the understandings about how to acquire an assesssment culture, when a collective construction is gotten through an intensive engagement of the academic community, in the procedures and implementation as well as in the use of the results. The investigation considered the previous history of the institutional evaluation processes developed along the last decade at and by UNIVATES, and the adequations made with the establishment of the new assessment system – SINAES/2004 to a better understanding of the role of the evaluators/evaluated subjects involved in the construction of an assessment culture committed with the improvement of the Education quality that is demanding the comprehension of the whole where it is inserted and mainly the human dimension, that the processes legally established show us very little.Thus, it intended to identify through a Transdisciplinar Approach a possible preoccupation with the human being, hearing the seven members of the Proper Assessment Committee – CPA ( through a semi-structured interview) and the six members of the Internal Assessment Committee – CIA, UNIVATES ( through Focal Group). The analysis of the data is supported by Nicolescu, Morin and Wilber, focusing on the wholeness of the human being, - Integral Human Being. The evaluation process shows us that the desired assessment culture, even not explicit legally, is present and in construction at UNIVATES. Therefore, a new (transdisciplinar) supportive view is suggested that allows through its foundation: complexity, logic of the third included as well as levels of reality, the opening of a no contradiction possibility among the different cultures, forseeing ways for new and constant constructions, in an endless perspective. |
