Unidade de aprendizagem: uma alternativa para professores e alunos conviverem melhor

Abstract

Este trabalho de pesquisa procura analisar as percepções de alunos, pais e professores sobre uma Unidade de Aprendizagem (UA). Ela foi desenvolvida com alunos do 1º ano do Ensino Médio de uma Escola particular de Porto Alegre e foi elaborada de acordo com os princípios do Educar pela Pesquisa. No trabalho com a UA foram abordados alguns obstáculos que poderiam ser encontrados, tais como: o posicionamento dos pais, da escola, da autora e dos demais professores e, principalmente, dos alunos. A pesquisa inicia com a trajetória da autora e as influências que ela teve para investigar o assunto, bem como as questões que orientaram o trabalho. Para o desenvolvimento do mesmo foram feitas reflexões sobre o ritmo de vida acelerado e a falta de diálogo que convivemos atualmente. Após, é sugerido o desenvolvimento de uma UA como uma alternativa para professores e alunos tornarem-se parceiros de trabalho. Através do relato da Unidade desenvolvida, os obstáculos são apontados e analisados, assim como as alternativas utilizadas ou sugeridas para que fossem superados. O posicionamento dos alunos, professores, direção e pais é analisado utilizando a metodologia análise de conteúdo. Os resultados da análise mostraram que os alunos consideram as atividades inseridas na UA como agentes motivadores para que novas aprendizagens aconteçam; significativas, quando enfocam o seu cotidiano e de grande importância para o desenvolvimento da sua autonomia.Os professores apresentam resistências quanto ao tempo de elaboração e desenvolvimento da UA. Os pais e a diretora acreditam em um trabalho desenvolvido de acordo com os princípios do Educar pela Pesquisa.

This work of research tries to analyze the perceptions of students, parents and teachers about a Learning Unit (LU). The research was developed with first year students of a private High School in Porto Alegre and it was elaborated according to the principles of Educating thru Research. In the work with the LU some obstacles that could be found, such as the position of the parents, the school, the author, of other teachers and especially of the students, were approached. The research initiates with the trajectory of the author and the influences that it had, to investigate the subject as well as the questions that guided the work. For the development of the research, were made reflections about the sped up rhythm of life and the lack of dialogue that we have now a days. More over, it was suggested the development of a LU as an alternative for teachers and students to become working partners. Thru the results of the developed Unit, the obstacles were listed and analyzed as well as the alternatives used or suggested so that they were surpassed. The position of the students, teachers, schools principals and parents were analyzed using the content analysis methodology. The results of the analysis showed that the students considered the activities in the LU: a motivation factor so they can learn new contents; Significative when its focused in their daily routine; And of great importance for the development of their autonomy. The teachers were reluctant about the time spent in the elaboration and development of the LU. The parents and the school principals believe in a work developed according to the principles of Educating thru Research.
