| Resumo: | A presente tese tem como foco o estudo do arquétipo de transcendência em narrativas infantis sobre contos de fadas. A pesquisadora escolheu uma escola particular, situada num bairro de classe média, objetivando a realização de uma pesquisa de campo com crianças de nove a 11 anos, as quais são estimuladas a escrever uma narrativa sobre o conto de fadas de que mais gostam. Com o objetivo de compreender como a ficção opera no imaginário dos leitores, este estudo inicia com a teoria de Wolfgang Iser. A faixa etária das crianças, nove a 11 anos, exige uma abordagem mais detalhada, pois as características são específicas e influenciam na forma de narrar as histórias. Para tanto, a teoria de Jean Piaget é escolhida para dar conta dessa fase. O arquétipo de transcendência é conceituado a partir dos estudos do psicanalista Carl Jung. A teoria de Gaston Bachelard é também incluída de forma a ampliar o conceito do símbolo. Os contos selecionados para a investigação seguiram o critério de preferência, conforme esta ordem: Os três porquinhos, Cinderela, Pinóquio e Chapeuzinho Vermelho. O estudo consta de uma análise das histórias originais e adaptações escolhidas, seguida de comparações analíticas das narrativas, com ênfase no arquétipo de transcendência, o qual sofre oscilações, sendo que em algumas narrativas são mantidos ou substituídos, porém em outras são suprimidos. A variação do arquétipo de transcendência ocorre, principalmente, segundo as formas de divulgação dos contos de fadas, o que demonstra os graus de aproximação das crianças com a literatura. Verifica-se, assim, a importância dos contos de fadas na infância, sobretudo quando é estimulado o contato com a literatura original, de forma que as histórias mantenham os passos necessários para auxiliar as crianças em seu processo de individuação.
This thesis focuses on the study of the archetype of transcendence in the children's fairy tales. The researcher chooses a private school, located in a middle-class neighborhood, conducting a search field with children from 9 to 11 years old which are encouraged to write about their favorite fairy tale. In order to understand how the fiction works over the reader’s imagination, this study starts with the theory of Wolfgang Iser. Since the features are specific and influences the way a narrator tells a story, children from 9 to 11 years old requires a more detailed approach, thus the chosen theory for this stage is from Jean Piaget. The archetype of transcendence is defined from the studies of the psychoanalyst Carl Jung. The theory of Gaston Bachelard is also included in order to enlarge the concept of the symbol. The selection of the stories for the research was according to the preference criteria at the following order: The Three Little Pigs, Cinderella, Pinocchio and Little Red Riding Hood. The study is an analysis of the original stories and adaptations chosen and followed by analytical comparisons of the narratives with emphasis on the archetype of transcendence, which undergoes oscillations, some narratives are maintained or replaced, but others are suppressed. The variation of the archetype of transcendence occurs, mainly, according to how the fairy tales are disseminating, which demonstrates the children’s degree of approximation with the literature. Thus, we can verify the importance of fairy tales in the childhood, especially when the contact with the original literature is stimulated to the stories keep the necessary steps in order to help the children in their process of individuation. |
