Personagem e não-lugar: identidades em construção

Abstract

Este trabalho pretende traçar pontos de encontro entre os conceitos de personagem, espaço e identidade, e refletir sobre como a identidade do espaço afeta a identidade desse elemento da narrativa. Para isso, parte-se do estudo da personagem e sua relação com os não-lugares, tendo como base as teorias da narrativa, o conceito de não-lugar, definido por Marc Augé, e as noções de identidade propostas pelo pós-estruturalismo.

This work intends to trace some points of encounter between the concepts of character, space and identity. It also reflects about how the space’s identity affects the character identity. To achieve this, it starts from the study of the character and its relation with non-places, based on narrative theory, the concept of non-place defined by Marc Augé and the notions of identity presented by post-structuralism.
