| Abstract: | A presente dissertação procura conhecer a realidade das juventudes moradoras de localidades periféricas no que tange as suas garantias e violações de Direitos Humanos, analisando as contribuições da arte, materializada pelo teatro, no reconhecimento da relação entre Direitos Humanos e juventudes. Constitui-se em uma pesquisa participante de natureza qualitativa, embasada no método dialéticocrítico, tendo como protagonistas do estudo jovens moradores da Vila Nossa Senhora de Fátima, no Bairro Bom Jesus na cidade de Porto Alegre/RS. Para a sua realização foram desenvolvidos com estes sujeitos 32 encontros onde o teatro, como estratégia de fortalecimento de processos sociais emancipatórios, provocando as reflexões a respeito dos Direitos Humanos na vida cotidiana das juventudes. Durante o estudo foi utilizada a técnica de Observação Participante, tendo como forma de registro o Relatório de Observação Participante. Além da realização dos encontros da pesquisa, foram desenvolvidas entrevistas baseadas na técnica de História Oral com dois jovens que se propuseram a participar desta dinâmica. O procedimento de análise de dados foi baseado na técnica da análise textual discursiva com base em Morais e Galiazzi (2007). Os resultados obtidos permitem visualizar as múltiplas formas de violação que são vivenciadas cotidianamente pelas juventudes, em especial as violências, que refletem um quadro de (des)proteção social, marcado por uma tensão entre identidades construídas e atribuídas, resultantes dos processos de (in)visibilidade das juventudes.Neste contexto, ressalta-se a dimensão da resistência dos jovens que podem ser visualizadas, nas formas de construções identitárias deste segmento social, bem como nas estratégias de sobrevivência adotadas no contexto onde estão inseridos. Diante desta realidade, o processo de pesquisa aponta a arte, materializada através do teatro, como uma dimensão da vida humana que tem a possibilidade dar visibilidade as concepções de mundo dos sujeitos, sendo uma forma de vocalização e de construção de conhecimento em direção a uma apreensão crítica do cotidiano, que durante o estudo, possibilitou a compreensão dos jovens enquanto sujeitos de direitos. Na relação entre arte e reconhecimento de Direitos Humanos, observa-se possibilidades emancipatórias relacionados aos segmentos sociais (in)visibilizados pela atual conjuntura, perspectiva esta que vai ao encontro do Projeto Ético - Política do Serviço Social. Finalmente o estudo aponta para a necessidade de políticas públicas voltadas para as juventudes na materialização de Direitos Humanos, bem como as possibilidades contidas na arte, como dimensão da vida humana, no questionamento crítico da realidade dos sujeitos
This thesis seeks to know the realities of youth living in remote locations with respect to its guarantees and human rights violations, examining the contributions of art, embodied by the theater, in recognition of the relationship between human rights and youth. It constitutes a participant qualitative research, based on the dialectic-critical method, being the young residents of the Village Nossa Senhora de Fátima Bairro Bom Jesus in Porto Alegre / RS, the protagonists of the study. For this achievement were developed with those people, 32 meetings where the theater, as a consolidation tactic of social procedures emancipating, leading to debates about human rights in everyday life of youths. In this study, were used during the meetings of the research, the technique of participant observation, taking as a way to record the report of Participant Observation. Than conducting the meetings of the research interviews were developed based on the technique of oral history with two young men who volunteered to participate in this dynamic. The procedure of data analysis was based on textual discourse analysis technique based on Mitchell and Galiazzi (2007). The results allow you to view multiple types of violations that are experienced daily by the youth, especially the violence, which reflect a framework of social (un)protection, marked by a tension between identities constructed and assigned, from the processes of (in) visibility of youths. In this context, it emphasizes the extent of resistance from people who may be viewed, in the forms of social identity construction in this segment as well as the survival strategy adopted in the context they live.Given this reality, the process of research emphasizes the art, embodied through the theater as a dimension of human life that has the opportunity to give visibility to the worldviews of individuals, being a form of vocalization and knowledge building toward a critical understanding of daily life that during the trial enabled the understanding of young people as subjects of rights. The relationship between art and the recognition of Human Rights, there emancipatory possibilities related to the social sectors (in) visibility by current conjuncture, that this perspective will to meet the project - ethical policy of Social Work. The study highlights the need for public policies aimed at youths in the materialization of Human Rights, as well as the possibilities contained in the art, as a dimension of human life, the critical questioning of the reality of the subjects. |
