| Resumen: | This research has the objective of studying the apprenticeship supervision process within Social Service and it’s relation with the ethic-political project, in the effectuation of profession competence. It aims to know how the apprenticeship supervision process is constituted, as means to propose strategies that contribute for the effectuation of the professional competence in the ethic-political, theoretic-methodological and technicaloperational dimensions, and thus, reassure the social meaning of the profession. Also, it seeks to identify in which way the supervision process allows the exercise of competence and the foreseen capabilities in the actual professional project, as a mean to strengthen them, as well as give visibility to this process under the optics of the academics and field supervisors and apprentice-students, looking into the current curriculum logic that drives the professional formation. The used methodology is qualitative, and the technique of information examination is the Content Analysis. The corpus of analysis is constituted of documents, such as articles published about the theme in the annals and magazines of the scientific events promoted by the Brazilian Association of Teaching and Research in Social Service (ABEPSS), conducted in the period from 1996 to 2004. It also involves testimonials of Social Service’s docents and focal groups with the field social-supervisors assistants and the students. In this theoreticmethodological dimension, the apprenticeship supervision in Social Service is the instance that articulates and gives visibility to the inter-relations among institutions, subjects and other areas of knowledge and for the ethic-political and theoretic-methodological dimensions, as a requirement to the technical-operative, which assure the professional competence. It is a social-historic construction, instituting as a process that presupposes to see over, not in the meaning of superior, but in a perspective way, incorporating the history, the contradictions and the superations. It constitutes into an affirmative space of formation and mediations in the formation and professional exercise processes.
Esta pesquisa tem como objeto de estudo o processo de supervisão de estágio em Serviço Social e sua relação com o projeto ético-politico, na efetivação da competência profissional. Almeja conhecer como se constituiu o processo de supervisão de estágio, a fim de propor estratégias que contribuam para a efetivação da competência profissional nas dimensões ético-política, teórico-metodológica e técnico-operativa e, desse modo, reafirmar o significado social da profissão. Busca, ainda, identificar de que modo o processo de supervisão possibilita o exercício da competência e das habilidades previstas no atual projeto profissional, no intuito de fortalecê-las, bem como dar visibilidade a esse processo sob a ótica dos supervisores acadêmicos e de campo e de alunos-estagiários, tendo em vista a atual lógica curricular que norteia a formação profissional. A metodologia utilizada é qualitativa, e a técnica para o exame das informações é a Análise de Conteúdo. O corpus de análise constituise de documentos, como os artigos publicados sobre a temática nos anais e revistas dos eventos científicos promovidos pela Associação Brasileira de Ensino e Pesquisa em Serviço Social (ABEPSS), realizados no período de 1996 a 2004.Envolve também depoimentos de docentes do Serviço Social e grupos focais com os assistentes sociais-supervisores de campo e os discentes. Nessa dimensão teórico-metodológica, supervisão de estágio em Serviço Social é instância que articula e dá visibilidade para as inter-relações entre instituições, sujeitos e outras áreas de saberes e para as dimensões ético-política e teórico-metodológica, como requisito à técnico-operativa, as quais asseguram a competência profissional. É uma construção sociohistórica, instituindo-se como processo que pressupõe ver sobre, não no sentido de superior, mas de modo perspectivado, incorporando a história, as contradições e as superações. Constitui-se em espaço afirmativo de formação e de mediações no processo de formação e de exercício profissional. |
