| Resumo: | O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o papel do gênero feminino no contexto da Ditadura Civil-Militar brasileira (1964-1985) e como as mulheres operárias da violência foram vistas e entendidas frente a uma sociedade patriarcal e ditatorial, com ênfase na vivência da Tenente Neuza, policial militar que atuou no DOI-CODI paulista. Outrossim, entende-se que as condições necessárias para que uma mulher operária da violência frente ao contexto da Ditadura Civil-Militar brasileira cumprisse o seu papel como agente pública, já que esse papel era essencialmente masculino, encontram-se na sua adesão à Doutrina de Segurança Nacional e a todos os mecanismos de violência legitimados por essa doutrina e pelo governo repressivo da época, baseados na ideia de aniquilação do “inimigo interno”. A pesquisa buscou aclarar a presença do gênero feminino na conjuntura ditatorial brasileira, principalmente das operárias da violência, fossem elas perpetradoras, facilitadoras e/ou espectadoras da violência.No que se refere à metodologia adotada, optou-se pelo método hipotético-dedutivo como método de abordagem da presente dissertação. No mais, a pesquisa realizada é aplicada com caráter exploratório, utilizando-se de revisão bibliográfica e documental, baseada na Ditadura Civil-Militar brasileira, nos papéis de gênero e nas mulheres operárias da violência que atuaram como agentes públicas no contexto repressivo. O presente trabalho vincula-se à Linha de Pesquisa de Violência, Crimes e Segurança Pública do Mestrado em Ciências Criminais da Escola de Direito da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul – PUCRS.
This paper has as its main focus to analyze the role of the female gender in the context of the Brazilian Civil-Military Dictatorship (1964-1985), and how women as workers of violence were seen and understood in the face of a patriarchal and dictatorial society, with an emphasis on the experience of lieutenant Neuza, military police who worked at the São Paulo DOI-CODI. Furthermore, it is understood that the necessary conditions for a woman worker of violence in the context of the Brazilian Civil-Military Dictatorship to fulfill her role as a public agent, since this role was essentially male, is found in her adherence to the Doctrine of Security National, and all the mechanisms of violence legitimized by this doctrine and by the repressive government of the time, based on the idea of annihilation of the “internal enemy”.The research sought to clarify the presence of the feminine gender in the Brazilian dictatorial conjuncture, mainly of the workers of the violence, be they perpetrators, facilitators and/or spectators of the violence. With regard to the methodology adopted, the hypothetical-deductive method was chosen as the method of approaching this dissertation. Furthermore, the research carried out is applied on an exploratory basis, using a bibliographic and documentary review, based on the Brazilian Civil-Military Dictatorship, on gender roles and women workers of violence who acted as public agents in the repressive context. The present work is linked to the Research Line on Violence, Crimes and Public Security of the Master in Criminal Sciences at the School of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul - PUCRS. |
