From all the stages of human development, the adulthood medium and late deserve a special attention, because in these stages the Aging Process intensifies. Several are the indicating elements of a successful aging, one of them the regular practice of sports and/or physical activities, because even with changes in the physical performance, if the individual practice one of these activities on an adequate and regular basis, there will be an improvement in different aspects of his life. Besides that, practicing sports, in this study case handball, associated to the Theory of Multiple Intelligences, that considers the corporal manifestations as a form of human intelligence, also called the Bodily Kinesthetic Intelligence, can be an essentially educational process, acting like an instrument to the human development in different ages. An effective Sport Pedagogy can bring adults to discover the pleasure of exercising, helping them to become conscious of their own capacities and limitations. The abilities acquired, created or discovered during the practice of sports can help the execution of daily activities and/or tasks, contributing to a better life quality and therefore to a successful aging. The justification of this study is the belief that the Physical Education teacher, when working with adults, should go beyond the simple sport practice, because he can stimulate the different intelligences of these individuals, specially the Bodily Kinesthetic, providing a better learning, as well as an improvement in the motor skills. The aim of the research was to analyze the changes in women’s motor skills, in the adulthood medium and late, originated by the Program of Bodily Kinesthetic Intelligence Stimulation through Handball. The research was qualitative with exploratory-descriptive character, field-work. The studied group consisted of 6 women over 50 years-old, which took part in 10 classes of the Program of Bodily Kinesthetic Intelligence Stimulation through Handball, according enrollment to participate of the pre-established activity and according to the inclusion/exclusion criteria. The data collection was made through the appliance of the Program of Bodily Kinesthetic Intelligence Stimulation through Handball, and consisted in an Unsystematic Participant Observation. To enable the understanding of the activities, as well as the complementation of this study, a focused group interview was used after the Program ended. As main results in the three analyzed categories (Pass, Goal Throw and Ball Control and Marking), the manifestations of Bodily Kinesthetic Intelligence were shown by most of the individuals from the fifth game on, what suggests that from this moment on, they started to create new solutions to the trouble situations presented, naturally, through Handball grounds. Through these data is possible to suggest that a Sport Pedagogy based on the Theory of Multiple Intelligences, as well as the understanding of these teachers on the manifestations of Bodily Kinesthetic Intelligence, can bring Physical Education Teachers, that use sports with medium and late adults, to think over their pedagogical actions and the human being’s different possibilities of learning, enabling then new ways for their manners and pedagogical actions.
