| Resumen: | Esta dissertação tem por objetivo analisar as relações do Estaleiro Mabilde com o poder (governos federal e estadual) e com seus funcionários, no período compreendido entre o anos de 1896, sua fundação, e 1943, ano da venda do estaleiro por parte da família. O trabalho encontra-se dividido em três capítulos, dispostos da seguinte forma: 1) No primeiro capítulo resgata-se a origem da família Mabilde e de seus integrantes, de sua chegada ao Rio Grande do Sul à criação do Estaleiro Mabilde. Utilizou-se o conceito de Empreendedorismo, com a finalidade de enfatizar as ações de integrantes da família Mabilde, bem como do fundador do estaleiro, Emilio Mabilde; 2) O segundo capítulo refere-se às políticas sociais aplicadas pelo Estaleiro Mabilde junto a seus funcionários e as relações do mesmo com o Governo do Estado. Neste capítulo, busca-se mostrar a diversidade da política social empregada pelo Estaleiro Mabilde em favor de seus funcionários em diferentes áreas: saúde, educação, moradia, premiações, esporte, etc. Ao mesmo tempo, são analisadas as relações do Governo do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, principalmente através da demanda de serviços, com o Estaleiro Mabilde; 3) O terceiro capítulo mostra como se deu, a partir de 1930, a transição da aplicação de políticas sociais da esfera privada para a pública, o afastamento do Estaleiro Mabilde em relação ao Governo do Estado e as dificuldades enfrentadas pelo estaleiro e o processo de venda.
This work aims to analise the relations between the Shipyard Mabilde and the Power (Federal and State of Rio Grande do Sul Governments), as well as with its workers from 1896 (its foundation) to 1943, when the Shipyard was sold by a part of the family. The text was divided in three chapters and arranged as following: 1) In the first chapter, the origin of Family Mabilde and its members are presented, as well as its arrival to Rio Grande do Sul and the creation of the Shipyard. It was used the concept of Entrepreneurship to emphasize the actions of the members of Family Mabilde as well as those of the founder of the Shipyard, Emilio Mabilde; 2) The second chapter refers to the social policies used by the Shipyard in relation to its workers and its relations with the State of Rio Grande do Sul Government. In this chapter, it is intended to show the diversity of the social policy used by the Shipyard Mabilde in favour of its workers in different areas such as: health, education, housing, distinctions, sports and etc. At the same time, the relations between the State of Rio Grande do Sul and the Shipyard are analised, especially those relating to the services of the Shipyard requested by the State of Rio Grande do Sul; 3) The third chapter shows how happened, from 1930 on, the transition of the application of social policies from the private sphere to the public one, the withdrawal of the Shipyard from the State of Rio Grande do Sul Government, the difficulties faced by the Shipyard and its sale process. |
