Hiperatividade e déficit de atenção: um olhar psicanalítico

Abstract

Este estudo busca analisar as manifestações de hiperatividade e de déficit de atenção tão popularizadas em nossos dias, sob a luz da psicanálise. Para tal foram elaborados dois artigos um teórico e um empírico. O primeiro, “Hiperatividade e Déficit de Atenção: um olhar psicanalítico”, é uma revisão da literatura sobre o assunto e visa situar esta temática a partir do paradigma neurobiológico e do paradigma psicanalítico. A revisão teórica sobre o tema aborda diferentes autores que trabalham esta problemática a partir de uma perspectiva psicanalítica baseada nos aportes teóricos de Freud a autores mais contemporâneos, que fazem uma releitura dos conceitos fundamentais da psicanálise como Jean Laplanche e Sílvia Bleichmar. Neste artigo ressalta-se a contribuição que um “olhar” psicanalítico pode proporcionar na compreensão destas manifestações. Com o segundo artigo, “Desatenção e Hiperatividade: Destinos do sujeito?”, busca-se destacar, através da ilustração de duas situações clínicas, a importância que um diagnóstico metapsicológico tem para o entendimento destas manifestações comportamentais e sua compreensão dos possíveis sentidos que elas podem ter em cada situação. Este estudo demonstrou a importância que uma abordagem que considera o sujeito em sua subjetividade e em sua singularidade pode oferecer para a compreensão dos comportamentos de desatenção e hiperatividade, e abrir as possibilidades de intervenção nestas situações.

This paper aims to analyze the manifestations of the so popularized nowadays Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity under light of psychoanalysis. In order to achieve such objective, we elaborated two technical articles, one theoretical and the other, empirical. The first one, “Attention deficit and Hyperactivity: a psychoanalytical perspective”, is a literature review on the subject and intends to situate this subjectmatter under the sight of the neurobiological paradigm and the psychoanalytical paradigm. The theoretical review on the subject broaches different authors who work these problems from the psychoanalytical perspective which starts with Freud’s presumptions, and going to more contemporaneous authors, who make a rereading of the fundamental concepts of psychoanalysis, as Jean Laplanche and Sílvia Bleichmar. In this article we emphasize the contribution a psychoanalytical “sight” can proportionate in the comprehension of such manifestations. With the second article, “Hyperactivity and Inattention: the subject’s destinies?”, we try to stand out, through the illustration of two clinical situations, the importance of a metapsychological diagnosis for the understanding of such behavioral manifestations and the comprehension of the possible senses in each situation. The study has shown the importance that an approach which considers the subject in his subjectivity and singularity can offer to the comprehension of hyperactivity and inattention behaviors, and open the possibilities of intervention in such situations as well.
