| Abstract: | Este trabalho insere-se no campo da antropologia cultural, nos estudos sobre antropologia do ciberespaço. Foca-se como objeto de estudo a violência contra as mulheres, com recorte no revenge porn no cenário brasileiro, com o intuito de analisar como é percebida por terceiros a exposição das sexualidades no ciberespaço, e a distinção dessa percepção em relação aos sexos, apresentando apenas a sexualidade da mulher como condenável, nesse fenômeno social. Utilizase a teoria simbólica de Pierre Bourdieu, com seus conceitos de habitus, poder simbólico e violência simbólica, e o conceito de desvio social elaborado por Howard Becker. O método empregado é a etnografia. A partir de dados da rede social Twitter foi analisada a ocorrência de um ciberacontecimento, que fomentou os comentários no ciberespaço. A coleta de dados, pela “busca avançada” no Twitter, permitiu reunir 902 tweets. Destes, 874 tweets comentam o caso específico, sendo 362 comentários a favor da disseminação de fotos com cunho sexual sem a permissão da vítima, com autoria tanto por parte de mulheres como de homens. Procedendo assim, eles fomentam o habitus de emitir discursos misóginos em nossa sociedade.
This monography is inserted in the cultural anthropology field, in studies on cyberspace anthropology. Its focus is the study about violence against women, specifically the revenge porn in the Brazilian social media scene, in order to analyze how the exposure of sexualities in cyberspace is seen by society, and the distinction of this perception between sexes, presenting only the woman sexuality as condemnable. The study uses Pierre Bourdieu's symbolic theory, with his concept of habitus, symbolic power and symbolic violence, and the concept of social deviance elaborated by Howard Becker. Ethnography is the methodological approach. With data from the social network Twitter, it analyses the occurrence of a cyberevent, through the comments in cyberspace. The data collection, using Twitter's "advanced search", allowed to gather 902 tweets. 874, of them, comment the specific case, being 362 comments in favour of picture dissemination with sexual content without the victim's authorization, both by women and men, promoting through them the habitus of misogynistic speeches in our society. |
