| Resumen: | Este estudo se propôs a conhecer as percepções de uma Equipe de Enfermagem sobre Permanência Conjunta e suas implicações educacionais, possibilitando um repensar das nossas práticas profissionais e educacionais no cotidiano do cuidado. A permanência conjunta constitui-se no convívio diário de pais/família acompanhando a criança durante a hospitalização. O Referencial Teórico contempla três momentos que constituem a Área Temática da investigação: A Criança e a Família; Enfermagem; Hospital, Permanência Conjunta e Aprendizado. Trata-se de um estudo de cunho qualitativo, posteriormente submetido a uma análise de conteúdo. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram intencionalmente escolhidos entre os membros da Equipe de Enfermagem (Enfermeiros e Auxiliares de Enfermagem) da Unidade de Internação Pediátrica 10°N do Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre. Os dados foram obtidos a partir de entrevistas semi-estruturadas e ficha informativa, utilizando a Técnica de Análise de Conteúdo para o tratamento dos dados. Da Análise dos Dados emergiram nove categorias: Opção em Pediatria, Percepções do seu Trabalho em Pediatria, Sentimentos Despertados, Orientação em Permanência Conjunta, Experiência em Permanência Conjunta, Importância da Permanência Conjunta, Facilidades Percebidas da Permanência Conjunta, Dificuldades Percebidas da Permanência Conjunta e Educação para a Saúde: uma realidade? Observando as opiniões da Equipe de Enfermagem a respeito do tema, percebemos que os profissionais gostam de trabalhar com as crianças, sentem-se gratificadas e consideram este momento como fonte de aprendizagem contínua. Podemos constatar após análise das categorias apresentadas, que os profissionais foram unânimes em concordar e aprovar a permanência das famílias com seus filhos, embora sabendo que existem situações problemáticas a serem trabalhadas.
This study aims to be acquainted with the perceptions from a Nursing Team on the Joint Permanence and its educational implications, enabling a rethinking from our educational and professional practices in the care routine. The joint permanence consists of a family/parents daily coexisting accompaining the child during his/her hospitalization. The theorical reference contemplates three moments which consitute the investigation of the Thematic Area: The Child and the Family; Nursing; Hospital, Joint Permanence and Learning. It is a study of a qualitative mark, subsequently submitted to a content analysis. The research subjects were intentionally selected among the members from the Nursing Team (Nurses and Nursing Assistants) from the Peadiatric Hospitalization Unit 10oN from the Clinics Hospital of Porto Alegre. The data were obtained from the semi-structured interviews and from the informative card, utilizing the Content Analysis Technique for the data treatment. From the Data Analysis arose nine categories: Option in Pediatrics, Pediatrics Work Perception, Arousing Fellings, Guidance in the Joint Permanence, Experience in the Joint Permanence, Importance in the Joint Permanence, Perceived Facility of the Joint Permanence, Perceived Difficulties of the Joint Permanence and Education for Health: a reality?. By observing the Nursing Team opinions regarding the theme, we perceived that the professionals enjoy working with children, feel gratified and consider this moment as a continuous learning source. We may notice that after the presented categories analysis, the professionals were unanimous in agreeing and approvig the families permanence along with their children, although knowing that there are problematic situations which have to be worked on. |
