| Resumen: | O tema do presente estudo são as facções, postas em discussão a partir das implicações individuais, grupais e institucionais, focada nas relações que se estabelecem entre presos e funcionários da segurança do Presídio Central de Porto Alegre, mais especificamente entre as facções e a administração do presídio. A dissertação é composta por duas seções: a seção I, instituição prisão, grupos, facções e indivíduo: relações cooperativas na lógica da autopreservação, é um aprofundamento teórico que inicia por um contexto atual das facções, abrindo para uma reflexão sobre indivíduos, grupos e instituição, os quais serviram de base para tratamento das relações entre os dois grupos por operadores teóricos da complexidade. Essa primeira parte, de caráter teórico, favoreceu a delimitação dos pontos a serem investigados no trabalho empírico. O relatório de pesquisa deste trabalho, na seção II da dissertação, A relação entre as facções e o grupo da administração: co-operando pelos princípios auto-organizativo e autopoiético, é resultado de uma pesquisa que teve como objetivo principal compreender como se organizam as relações entre as facções e o grupo da segurança, sendo essas relações consideradas estratégias que objetivam administrar e reduzir os conflitos no presídio. Para isso utilizou-se uma abordagem qualitativa e pressupostos teórico-metodológicos sistêmicos complexos, a partir das idéias de Edgar Morin e Humberto Maturana. Ao final da dissertação, evidenciou-se que os grupos, o indivíduo e a instituição prisão operam como sistemas interligados. As relações entre as facções e agentes de segurança sofreram rearranjos de caráter cooperativo e são considerados, do ponto de vista da autopreservação dos sistemas, estratégias. São processos auto-organizativos e autopoiéticos que visam minimizar os conflitos violento.
The present study subject is prison gangs, discussed considering individual, group and institutional implications, focusing on the relations stablished between prisoners and security staff at Presidio Central de Porto Alegre, and more specifically between prison gangs and prison administration. This dissertation contains two sections: Section 1, Prison, groups and individuals: cooperative relations through the logic of self preservation, which is a theorical study starting with the current context of prison gangs, going to a refletion on individuals, groups, and institution. Those were the basis where the relations between the two groups were studied using the theorical references of complexity. This first part, mainly theoric, helped defining the aspects to be investigated on the empirical paper. Section 2 is the research report of this dissertation: Relations between prison gangs and prison administration, operating through self organization and autopietic principles. The main objective was to understand how relations between prison gangs and security staff happen, considering that these relations are strategic to administrate and reduce violent conflicts inside prison. A qualitative methodology was used with the ideas of Edgar Morin and Humberto Maturana. By the end of the research there was evidence that groups, individuals and the institution operate as interconnected systems. The relations between prison gangs and security staff were reorganized in a cooperative way and are considered, from system self preservation point of view, strategies. They are self organizating and autopoietic processes aimed to reduce violent conflicts. |
