| Abstract: | A presente dissertação se insere na perspectiva e no objetivo de compreender a onda de manifestações ocorrida no Brasil em junho de 2013 em virtude do aumento das tarifas dos transportes, somadas às questões de ordem política que afetavam a sociedade brasileira e, também, a Copa do Mundo, quando o país foi sede em julho do ano de 2014, motivada por questões da ordem econômica e financeira. Tendo em vista as manifestações sociais mobilizarem tanto ideologia, gestos e palavras, foram explorados por este pesquisador, materiais de análise que as quais mostraram a tensão exercida pelas passeatas com momentos de violência exercida por seus atores. Pela análise de slogans, cartazes, fotografias, capas de jornais e revistas, além das postagens na internet, foram investigados diferentes momentos que revelaram aspectos da tensão entre manifestantes e forças de segurança do Estado durante as ações das caminhadas e acompanhamentos que eram exercidas por esses.Assim, amparando a reflexão no dispositivo teórico da análise das decisões que eram tomadas a efeito pelos dois relevantes grupos aqui estudados, teve-se pleno acesso não somente aos acontecimentos históricos, mas a possibilidade de uma etiologia das causas e razões naqueles momentos enquanto análise de uma sociedade que busca melhor condição e respeito à pessoa. Por parte do Estado o qual, tem um dever de obediência ao texto constitucional e de preservar não somente o patrimônio público ou privado, mas, principalmente, o bem jurídico mais importante que é e sempre será a vida daqueles que manifestam em caráter pacífico ou até mesmo por atos de vandalismo, mostrar a necessidade do acompanhamento, intervenção e investigação por inquérito, através das forças policiais. O resultado pretende-se revelar no decorrer desta pesquisa, mediante a apresentação de três capítulos na forma qualitativa e um capítulo na forma quantitativa por análise empírica, o resultado final que é a existência de uma tensão no trajeto feito pelos atores deste processo infindável, mas que poderá ser atenuado mediante a sugestão de uma proposta democrática em considerações finais.
This dissertation is part of the perspective and objective of understanding the wave of demonstrations that took place in Brazil in June 2013 due to the increase in transportation tariffs, together with the political issues that affected Brazilian society, as well as the World Cup, when the country was headquartered in July 2014, motivated by the unnecessary expenses and issues of the economic and financial order that haunted that moment. In view of the social manifestations mobilizing both ideology, gestures and words, were explored by this researcher, materials of analysis that showed the tension exerted by the marches with moments of violence exercised by their actors. Through the analysis of slogans, posters, photographs, newspaper and magazines covers and internet postings, different moments were investigated that revealed aspects of the tension between protesters and state security forces during the actions of the walks and accompaniments that were carried out by these.Thus, by supporting the reflection in the theoretical device of the analysis of the decisions that were taken by the two relevant groups studied, full access was not only to historical events, but the possibility of an etiology of the causes and reasons in those moments as an analysis of a society that seeks a better condition and respect for the person. On the part of the State which has a duty of obedience to the Constitutional Text and of preserving not only the public or private patrimony but, above all, the most important legal thing that was, and always will be, the lives of those who manifest in a peaceful or even by acts of vandalism, to show the need for monitoring, intervention and investigation by inquiry, through police forces. The result is intended to reveal, in the course of this research, the presentation of three chapters in the qualitative form and a chapter in quantitative form by empirical analysis, the final result that is the existence of a tension in the path made by the actors of this endless process, but which could be attenuated by the suggestion of a democratic proposal in the final considerations. |
