| Resumen: | A presente dissertação tem como tema “A dimensão humanoafetiva do presbítero nos instrumentos preparatórios aos Encontros Nacionais de Presbíteros – ENPs, no Brasil”. Objetiva-se, constatar as incidências e ausências dos aspectos referentes à dimensão humanoafetiva contidas nos subsídios preparatórios aos ENPs entre 1985 e 2018. Pretende-se também estudar as principais categorias da temática à luz da Sagrada Escritura, da Tradição e do Magistério Eclesial. O método utilizado neste estudo é o analítico, baseado na pesquisa bibliográfica. Nos resultados, identifica-se que a dimensão humanoafetiva é o alicerce de toda formação presbiteral, por isso, temas como identidade, afetividade, sexualidade, celibato dentre outros, necessitam ser estudados e aprofundados. O acompanhamento psicológico e pedagógico é indispensável na formação dos futuros presbíteros para identificar, tratar e auxiliar no autoconhecimento e no discernimento vocacional. A realidade sociocultural atual marcada pelo secularismo, relativismo, hedonismo e subjetivismo, somada à enorme demanda pastoral e o escasso número de vocações provocam no presbítero crise de identidade e o esgotamento físico, psíquico e espiritual. Consequência disso, a vida dupla, a infidelidade, e até mesmo, o abandono do ministério presbiteral. A Pastoral Presbiteral tem a missão de cuidar dos presbíteros, através do incentivo da fraternidade e da comunhão no presbitério. Apesar dos ENPs abordarem uma variedade de temáticas referentes à dimensão humanoafetiva, alguns aspectos importantes e atuais necessitam ser abordados com mais ênfase, dentre eles: o poder e o dinheiro na vida presbiteral, a pedofilia, a homossexualidade, os conflitos intergeracionais, a Síndrome de Burnout e solidão presbiteral.
The present dissertation has as its theme "The human affective dimension of the priest in the preparatory instruments for the National Priests Meetings - ENPs, in Brazil". It aims to verify the incidences and absences of aspects related to the affective human dimension contained in the preparatory subsidies of the meetings - ENPs, between 1985 and 2018. It is also intended to study the main categories of the theme in the light of the Holy Scriptures, Tradition and Ecclesial Magisterium. The method used in this study is the analytical one, based on bibliographic research. In the results, it is identified that the affective human dimension is the basis of all formation of the priest. Therefore, themes such as identity, affection, sexuality, celibacy and others need to be studied and deepened. Psychological and pedagogical accompaniment is indispensable in the formation of future priests to identify and assist in selfknowledge and vocational discernment. The current sociocultural reality, marked by secularism, relativism, hedonism and subjectivism, added to the enormous pastoral demand and the scarce number of vocations provokes identity crisis and physical, psychic and spiritual exhaustion. As a result, double life, unfaithfulness and even abandonment of priestly ministry. Pastoral ministry has the mission of caring for priests, encouraging fraternity and communion in the presbytery. Although ENPs address a variety of issues related to the human-affective dimension, some important and current issues need to be addressed with more emphasis, including: power and money in the priest's life, pedophilia, homosexuality, intergenerational conflict, Burnout syndrome, and presbyteral loneliness. |
