"Veja a Seguir": a transição do telejornal entre a linha de montagem e a rede

Abstract

A partir da correspondência entre a tipificação de uma determinada experiência societária e um padrão tecnológico, este trabalho investiga como as novas tecnologias de comunicação e informação interferem na formatação do telejornal, em suas práticas, fazeres e linguagens. Analisa a sociedade atual na transição entre o Industrialismo e a Sociedade em Rede, buscando saber de que forma o jornalismo contemporâneo e a televisão situam-se nessa passagem entre um modelo organizativo de sociedade a outro. Ou seja, como se dá a convivência entre valores e marcas das tecnologias mecânicas industriais e as tecnologias conectivas das redes e que interferências produzem na concepção, tratamento, formatação e apresentação da notícia no telejornal. A aproximação da teoria com a prática é feita no trabalho a partir da observação dessa dinâmica no telejornal “Jornal da Globo”, da Rede Globo de Televisão. Um programa construído da interação entre valores e processos analógicos da linha de produção industrial com práticas e marcas rizomáticas das redes que demarcam seu estado preparatório para um novo tempo.

This research investigates how the new communication and information technologies affect the production of television journalism, with regards know-how, methods of production and presentation both of language form and content, through the correlation between contemporary society and current technological. It analysis contemporary society, recognized as being in a state of transition between an Industrialized and an Information Society; collects information about the form of current journalism and television in this evolving period of sociological change. In other words, how this transition allows for the coexistence of both the values and characteristics of industrial technologies and the connecting networks of information technology, and how this change effects the production and presentation of television news broadcasts. The theories were verified empirically through the observation of this dynamic in the Rede Globo television news broadcasts “Jornal da Globo”. This program is produced at the interface between the values and analogical and mechanical processes of industrial production, and the practices and rhythms of a networking process that prepares the program for the emerging reality.
