| Abstract: | Esse trabalho teve como objetivo principal investigar de que forma a Educação Matemática pode contribuir para a Educação para a Paz e o desenvolvimento de Valores Humanos como amor, cooperação, respeito e honestidade. Foram propostos três projetos, que foram analisados e validados, verificando como essas propostas estavam relacionadas com a Educação para a Paz, como repercutiram no aprendizado do aluno e em seu relacionamento com os outros. Para o desenvolvimento das atividades, utilizaram-se conhecimentos relacionados diretamente à Etnomatemática, envolvendo alunos das 5ª e 6ª séries do Ensino Fundamental e a valorização do conhecimento dos alunos, de suas famílias e de outros grupos da comunidade. Foram estudados textos, livros e artigos, principalmente de Jares, Guimarães e Stephan, que tratam da importância de Educar para a Paz. Para a análise das atividades, foi utilizada a Pesquisa Qualitativa. As atividades propostas tiveram repercussão direta na aprendizagem dos alunos e, foi possível refletir a respeito de atitudes de cidadania, respeito, amizade, entre outros valores que contribuem para a Educação para a Paz. Percebe-se que a mudança é possível, mas não é simples. Torna-se necessário buscar caminhos, o que deve ser uma tarefa diária do professor, da escola e de todos que querem uma verdadeira transformação na educação.
The main object of this study was to investigate how the Mathematic Education can contribute to Peace Education and the development of Human Values, like respect, love, friendship, to be studied in the Mathematic classes and in additional provide to the students a critic analyses of this activities. Was proposed three projects and them were analyzed and validated, how this propose was related with Peace Education, how it was reflected in student learning and in their relationships with other people. To the development of these activities was used knowledge relationated directly with Etnomathematic, involving students from 5th and 6th grade of the elementary school and the knowledge valuation of these students, of their families and other communities groups. Additionally to that, was studied texts, books and articles, mainly of Jares, Guimarães and Stephan, who treat about the Peace Education importance. To make the analysis of these activities, was used Qualitative Research. The proposed activities had directly reflects on students learning and additionally to that they could reflect about citizenship acts, respect, love and other values than contribute with Peace Education. Was note than is possible a change, but is not simple. It is necessary find ways, and this must to be a daily duty from teacher, school and everybody ho wants a really change in education. |
