Sistema hegeliano como uma filosofia da história

Abstract

The objective of this study is to demonstrate that the Helegian system is a Philosophy of History. This dissertation mainly focuses on the structure of concept and method exposed by Hegel in his last book on The Science of Logic. It is not about an extremely logical formulation, but about a specific manner of articulation of real in which the reason is established as it is translated into the systematization of real, and this is determined in its rational movement. Based on this foundation, the concern is with real in its methodical process of rational structuring. The objective of this investigation is the Philosophy of Universal History perceived as an effective universe of formation of liberty and of philosophical thinking. The effective logic of liberty firstly encounters the fulfillment in the Helegian definition of State, defined as the fulfillment material of History. The State is an indicator of non-restriction of an individual in relation to its sensitive particularity and immediate individuality, yet it builds its liberty in a political organization manner accomplished in ethical substantiality. The State is the result of established relationships between individuals and social groups, and it only has consciousness by means of effective liberty of citizens. In the State, it is given the universalization of individual and private in the ethical substantiality and the return of the substantial to the particularity in an individual liberty manner. In relation to State, Philosophy of History represents the passage from the particularity to the concrete universality marked by a set of integrated States in a context of international relations, by means of a set of civilizations whose trajectory is passed by a fundamental dialectical reasoning from which human beings bring their liberty into effect. As a conclusive result, this dissertation has co-extensivity between System and History – the former as effectiveness of the reason, and the latter as articulation of reasoning starting from a definition view. The crucial implication of these definitions is in the demonstration that the philosophical reasoning is neither before nor after History, but it comprises the historical provincialism as the development of the Idea of liberty, resulting in a philosophical system constituted by the fundamental implication of the historical effectiveness and of the philosophical reasoning. A system of mediations allows the support of the philosophical thinking of Hegel as the crucial and universal Philosophy of History.

O objetivo da tese é demonstrar que o sistema hegeliano é uma Filosofia da História. A tese tem como foco central a estrutura do conceito e do método expostos por Hegel no último livro da Ciência da Lógica. Não se trata de uma formulação estritamente lógica, mas de uma forma específica de articulação do real no qual a razão é instaurada na medida em que é traduzida na sistemática do real, e esta determinada em seu movimento racional. Com esta fundamentação, a preocupação é com o real em seu processo metódico de estruturação racional. O objeto de investigação é a Filosofia da História Universal compreendida como um universo efetivo de constituição da liberdade e do pensamento filosófico. A lógica efetiva da liberdade encontra a primeira instância de realização no conceito hegeliano de Estado definido como o material da realização da História. O Estado é um indicativo da não restrição do indivíduo à sua particularidade sensível e individualidade imediata, mas que constrói a sua liberdade na forma de organização política efetivada na substancialidade ética. O Estado é resultado das relações estabelecidas entre os indivíduos e grupos sociais, e só tem consistência através liberdade efetiva dos cidadãos. Nele se dá a universalização do individual e particular na substancialidade ética e o retorno do substancial à particularidade em forma de liberdade individual. Em relação ao Estado, a Filosofia da História representa a passagem da particularidade à universalidade concreta marcada por um conjunto de Estados integrados num contexto de relações internacionais, por um conjunto de civilizações cuja trajetória é perpassada por uma racionalidade dialética fundamental a partir da qual os homens efetivam a sua liberdade. A tese tem como resultado conclusivo a coextensividade entre Sistema e História, esta como efetividade da razão e aquele como articulação da razão a partir do olhar do conceito. A fundamental implicação destes conceitos está na demonstração de que a razão filosófica não é anterior ou exterior à História, mas é constituída na interioridade histórica como desenvolvimento da Idéia de liberdade, resultando num sistema filosófico constituído pela fundamental implicação da efetividade histórica e da razão filosófica. Um sistema de mediações permite a sustentação do pensamento filosófico de Hegel como uma fundamental e universal Filosofia da História.
