| Abstract: | Esta tese investiga as políticas públicas de saúde para mulheres, a partir dos discursos que as tornam objeto de saber/poder. Foram analisados o Programa de Assistência Integral à Saúde da Mulher (PAISM) e a Política Nacional de Atenção Integral à Saúde da Mulher (PNAISM), considerando-se os conceitos foucaultianos de discurso, biopoder e subjetividade. Entende-se a saúde como conceito-problema que possibilita colocar em análise o campo da saúde da mulher, que o movimento feminista vem conformar como estratégia política. O gênero, nesta tese, é tomado como um dispositivo que possibilita visibilizar a esfera pública, a medicina social, a eugenia e o feminismo, ações que produzem os modos de viver a saúde.
This thesis has investigated public health policies directed towards women, considering discourses that take health as an object of knowledge/power. We have analyzed both the Program of Integral Assistance to Women’s Health and the National Policy of Integral Attention to Women’s Health, considering Foucauldian concepts, such as discourse, bio-power, and subjectivity. Health is here understood as a problemconcept, allowing for the analysis of the field of women’s health, which the feminist movement, as a political strategy, has shaped. In this thesis, gender has been taken as a device that enables us to visualize the public system, social medicine, eugenics, and feminism, i. e. actions that produce ways of experiencing health. |
