This thesis concerns a research that problematizes the relationship between health and justice services towards youth conflict with the law, from the Porto Alegre/Brazil’s context. The theoretical referencial used is based on Michel Foucault’s and Giorgio Agamben’s work, especially the concepts of government and naked life, respectively. It analysis the effects from these knowledge towards this population, as it has the conclusion that the way of government this sort of youth settles in tanatopolitics practices; i. e. , it means more a sort of government to the death than to the adolescents’s lives. |
