| Resumo: | Esta dissertação buscou apresentar reflexões acerca do Processo de Trabalho do Assistente Social, em particular no campo da Saúde Mental, considerando a trajetória histórica desta temática, da Política de Saúde no Brasil, e o trabalho do Assistente Social nesta área. Para tanto, comprometeu-se em revisitar teoricamente o histórico da atenção à saúde mental, a reforma psiquiátrica, ampliando ainda os conhecimentos ligados à reforma sanitária e a inserção do Assistente Social como um profissional em saúde, consolidando-se como integrante das equipes multidisciplinares em Saúde Mental. Tendo como referência o método dialético crítico, a pesquisa realizada foi do tipo qualitativa, onde foram entrevistados Assistentes Sociais e outros profissionais que integram as equipes em Saúde Mental, todos vinculados a serviços de atenção à Saúde Mental no município de Santa Maria/RS. A coleta de informações foi realizada por meio de questionários, e analisadas através de análise de conteúdo. A partir desta construção, focou-se em discorrer acerca do Processo de Trabalho do Assistente Social, considerando suas particularidades no campo da Saúde Mental.
This dissertation searched to present reflections concerning the Process of Work of the Social Worker, in particular in the field of the Mental Health, considering the historical trajectory of this thematic one, the Health Politics in Brazil, and the work of the Social Work in this area. For in such a way, it was committed in theoretically revising the description of the attention to the mental health, the psychiatric reform, extending still on knowledge to the Sanitary Reform and the insertion of the Social Work as a professional in Health, consolidating itself as integrant of the teams to multidiscipline in Mental Health. Having as reference the critical dialetic method, the carried through research was of the qualitative type, where Social Workers and other professionals had been interviewed who integrate the teams in Mental Health, all the tied services of attention with the Mental Health in the city of Santa Maria/RS. The collection of informations was carried by forms, and had been analyzed through content analysis. From this construction, this work was focus in discoursing concerning the Process of Work of the Social Worker, considering its particularities in the field of the Mental Health. |
