Adoção: vida em minha vida

Abstract

This dissertation examines adoption considering the guarantee of infancy rights through comprehension of the social, cultural and emotional dimensions of family. One is about a study, qualitative, and, the citizens of the research had consisted of five families who had lived deeply the adoption, being five mothers and two parents. These families had carried through the process of adoption next to Pole of Infancy and Youth of Is Leopoldo, lócus of the research. The information had been gotten by means of interview, previously elaborated, applied individually, contend open questions. At a first moment one became fullfilled introductory commentaries on the research and became social Term of gotten free and clarified Assent in the occasion next to the participant families. The topics raised from the analyses were: the sociocultural aspects involved in the adoption process, the affectional and emotional relation built between the adopted child and the parents, as well as adoption for assuring the familiar and communitarian life. The study on these topics demonstrated that, for the participants of this research, one of the motivations for adopting a child was having no children of their own. The adoption meant strengthen of affectional attachments in a relation nourished by love, spontaneousness, respect and fondness, promoting improvement in human relationship. As the child arrives there is a new arrangement of the social net due to the expansion of the primary net as well as the search for the second net in order to access related services concerning education, health, law and others. The living together and the affectional attachments are essential for the mutual adoption between child and parents to happen. This paper evidences the necessity of creating groups to support adoption in São Leopoldo.

Neste estudo buscou-se analisar a adoção numa perspectiva de garantia de direito à infância a partir da compreensão das dimensões (social, cultural e emocional) que incidem na família. Trata-se de um estudo, qualitativo, e, os sujeitos da pesquisa constituíram-se de cinco famílias que vivenciaram a adoção, sendo cinco mães e dois pais. Essas famílias realizaram o processo de adoção junto a Vara da Infância e Juventude de São Leopoldo, lócus da pesquisa. As informações foram obtidas por meio de entrevista, previamente elaboradas, aplicada individualmente, contendo perguntas abertas. Num primeiro momento realizou-se comentários introdutórios sobre a pesquisa e socializou-se Termo de Consentimento livre e esclarecido obtido na ocasião junto às famílias participantes. Os temas que emergiram da análise foram: os aspectos socioculturais que envolvem o processo de adoção, a relação afetivo-emocional construída entre a criança e os pais, bem como a adoção para a garantia do convívio familiar e comunitário.A reflexão sobre tais temas demonstrou que, para os sujeitos da pesquisa, um dos motivos em buscarem a adoção foi não terem tido seus próprios filhos. A adoção significou o fortalecimento dos vínculos afetivos numa relação nutrida pelo amor, espontaneidade, respeito, afetuosidade num aperfeiçoamento da convivência humana. Com a chegada da criança há o desenho de uma nova rede social pela ampliação da rede primária e também pela busca da rede secundária pelos serviços de ensino, saúde, do judiciário entre outros. A convivência e os vínculos amorosos são fundamentais para que aconteça a adoção mútua entre pais e filhos. Constatou-se a necessidade de criar grupos de apoio à adoção em São Leopoldo.
