| Abstract: | O presente trabalho aborda alguns aspectos do processo político eleitoral brasileiro, através da participação do cidadão brasileiro, mais precisamente, comentando os artigos 14 e 15 da Constituição Federal Brasileira promulgada no ano de 1988. Primeiro, é apresentado um resumo sobre a evolução deste direito político de participar do processo eletivo daqueles que representarão o povo (nação) brasileiro. Em um segundo momento, o trabalho aborda os instrumentos utilizados pelo cidadão para participar do processo político eleitoral, analisando as diversas formas de participação, trazendo ainda um estudo comparativo frente algumas constituições latino-americanas, tais como a Chilena e a Colombiana, entre outras. Finalmente, trazemos quais as hipóteses previstas na Constituição Federal Brasileira para a perda ou suspensão deste direito político, dentendo-nos mais no caso de perda ou de suspensão desses direitos, por improbidade administrativa.
The present work approaches some of the aspects of the process Brazilian electoral politician, through the participation of the Brazilian citizen, more necessarily commenting articles 14 and 15 of the promulgated Brazilian Federal Constitution in the year of 1988. A summary on the evolution of this right is presented politician to participate of the elective process of that they will represent the people (nation) Brazilian.
