| Resumo: | O movimento que visa a inclusão social das Pessoas Com Deficiência, teve como fator determinante o reconhecimento de que somos todos constituídos de características naturalmente diferentes. Desse modo propomos processo de pesquisa, buscando, investigar de que maneira as Políticas vem contribuindo para o processo da Inclusão Social das Pessoas Com Deficiência objetivando subsidiar iniciativas que possibilitem o fortalecimento das ações Inclusivas. Também buscamos verificar as estratégias utilizadas para Incluir as Pessoas com Deficiência, buscando fortalecer o processo de Inclusão. Neste caso, para desvendarmos como vem sendo conduzidos os Processos Educacionais Inclusivos, realizamos pesquisa qualitativa, indo a campo na Rede Educacional de Carazinho RS, abordando gestores, professores família e usuários. Utilizamos as Categorias, Totalidade, Historicidade e Contradição, que constituem o Método Dialético Crítico, numa perspectiva de entender, explicar e potencializar a realidade que compreende a Educação Inclusiva no espaço pesquisado. Os resultados apontam para a necessidade de um aprimoramento da rede de atendimento, onde saúde educação e assistência social fortaleçam a inclusão das Pessoas Com Deficiência. O campo da Inclusão fundamenta-se na concepção das diferenças. Sejam pessoas com deficiência, ou qualquer pessoa que por algum motivo encontra-se segregada dos espaços que lhes são de direito. É preciso também que todos sejam educados para conceber o diferente, livre de qualquer possibilidade de exclusão, ao contrário, estaremos cultivando o preconceito arraigado das experiências do passado.
The movement that aims the social inclusion of people with deficiencies has as a major determinant factor the acknowledgment that we all are constituted by naturally different characteristics. Thus, we seek to investigate the way policies are contributing for the social inclusion of people with deficiencies aiming to subsidize initiatives that make possible the strengthening of inclusive actions in the educational context. We also seek to verify the strategies used to include people with deficiencies in the perspective of strengthening the process of inclusion. In this case, to unveil the way the inclusive educational processes have been taken place, we have done a qualitative research, going to the field, in the educational network of Carazinho, RS, interviewing administrators, teachers, and professionals from the support network, family and students. It was used the categories totality, historicity and contradiction in the perspective of understanding and explaining the reality concerning the inclusive education in the space of research. The results point out to the need of an improvement of the network of services where health, education and social welfare strengthen the inclusion of people with deficiencies. The field of inclusion is based on the conception of differences. It is needed that everybody be educated to conceive the different, free from any possibility of exclusion; otherwise, we will be cultivating the prejudice inherited from the experiences of the past. |
