| Abstract: | A presente pesquisa parte do seguinte problema de pesquisa: em que medida a passagem do serviço de transporte do táxi convencional para o transporte por aplicativo impõe aos respectivos trabalhadores um recrudescimento ou uma nova precarização das relações e condições de trabalho? De tal maneira que, utilizando-se de pesquisa bibliográfica, análise de documentos como legislações e jurisprudências, bem como entrevistas semiestruturadas, o estudo busca investigar se a chegada do aplicativo no segmento de transporte individual de pessoas trouxe um recrudescimento à atividade profissional ou acabou por criar uma nova precarização do trabalho. Perpassa por uma análise da evolução dos centros urbanos e a necessidade do transporte de pessoas, a origem da economia do compartilhamento e desenvolvimento das empresas de aplicativo, a alienação e as metamorfoses do mercado de trabalho, a subjetividade dos sujeitos e como os elementos do vínculo empregatício são analisados perante a Justiça do Trabalho. Tem como espaço geográfico o trabalho de profissionais desse segmento na cidade de Porto Alegre, a partir do ano de 2015, momento em que a empresa de maior abrangência no setor, a Uber, passou a disponibilizar o serviço na cidade. Como método de pesquisa, na perspectiva de um pensamento crítico para análise da realidade, utiliza-se o materialismo histórico dialético.
The present research starts from the following research problem: to what extent does the transition from the conventional taxi transportation service to transportation by application impose on the respective workers a resurgence or a new precariousness of relations and working conditions? In such a way that, using bibliographic research, analysis of documents such as legislation and jurisprudence, as well as semi-structured interviews, the study seeks to investigate whether the arrival of the application in the individual transport segment has brought an increase in professional activity or ended up creating a new job insecurity. It goes through an analysis of the evolution of urban centers and the need to transport people, the origin of the sharing economy and the development of application companies, the alienation and metamorphoses of the labor market, the subjectivity of subjects and how the elements of the bond employment are analyzed before the Labor Court. Its geographical space is the work of professionals in this segment in the city of Porto Alegre, starting in 2015, when the most comprehensive company in the sector, Uber, started to provide the service in the city. As a research method, from the perspective of critical thinking to analyze reality, dialectical historical materialism is used. |
