| Resumen: | A profissão docente vem sofrendo crises que vão desde a crise de identidade do professor até o desprestígio dedicado a esta classe por parte da sociedade em geral. Muitos são os motivos para que venham a manifestar sintomas relacionados ao mal-estar docente e até a ter que se afastar da profissão. Apesar disso e indo na direção contrária, existem professores que não se deixam abater e influenciar por tais crises e vêm desempenhando práticas bem sucedidas sendo reconhecidos pela instituição na qual trabalham e, principalmente, por seus alunos. Devido a essa concepção, o presente estudo foi pensado para que se possa analisar o que diferencia alguns professores que encaram a docência de forma positiva e com grande satisfação. Sua forma de encarar tudo o que envolve a docência faz com que se diferenciem dos demais, refletindo em suas salas de aula e qualificando sua relação com os alunos. Para tal, é necessário que a instituição escola tenha como proposta e visão de homem, aspectos que vão ao encontro dos valores dos professores. E, pensando nisto, a escola do estudo foi escolhida pelo fato de preocupar-se com assuntos referentes a afetividade e ao vínculo, assim podendo valorizar os professores que têm sua prática impregnada de emoções, sentimentos e bem-estar, e que acreditam que para que a construção do conhecimento ocorra de forma significativa todos estes elementos são necessários ao processo. Constitui-se em um trabalho cujo paradigma é qualitativo e a abordagem utilizada para coleta dos dados é o Estudo de Caso. Para análise destes dados utilizou-se a Análise de Conteúdo. A relevância do estudo, portanto, é justificada a partir dos dados que emergiram ao longo da pesquisa, demonstrando aproximações nas falas dos professores participantes que, mesmo sendo de áreas diferentes, possuem características e formas de atuar em comum.A forma de se relacionar de um ser que tenha em sua constituição aspectos afetivos desenvolvidos de forma positiva, bem como sua atuação (sendo esta reflexo de sua constituição) diferenciam-se e possuem reflexos nos ambientes nos quais transitam. Participaram da pesquisa, primeiramente, 35 alunos de uma turma de 1º ano do Ensino Médio que, através de um questionário, indicaram "bons professores" a partir de características por eles mencionadas. Cinco foram os professores que receberam maior número de indicações e os que responderam à entrevista semi-estruturada, incluindo a entrevista com a coordenadora pedagógica. O critério de escolha dos professores foi pensado devido ao fato de se considerar o aluno, no caso o adolescente, como sendo os sujeitos mais indicados para identificar aqueles seus professores que são por eles considerados bons professores. A escuta realizada das falas dos professores, evidenciou a importância de um profissional que possa estar disponível aos que atuam em educação para, através desta escuta que é diferenciada, dar condições de um repensar de concepções e práticas que vem sendo realizadas. Além disso o olhar do educador e do psicopedagogo contribuem com este processo, uma vez que possuem competências e saberes que lhes conferem condições de intervir e identificar não só onde estão sendo identificados problemas de aprendizagem, mas também situações nas quais se pode prevenir estes problemas através da qualificação e reconhecimento de práticas docentes bem-sucedidas. Apesar das adversidades enfrentadas na profissão docente, este estudo encontrou professores que são disponíveis ao grupo de alunos e que, a partir desta vinculação, colocam-se como referenciais adultos em potencial para adolescentes que ensaiam a entrada na vida adulta.Além desses aspectos, emergiram três categorias as quais se referem às dimensões e expressões de cuidado e afetividade, à constituição do ser professor e ao adolescente em busca de um referencial adulto. O estudo ressalta que existem características que são percebidas pelos alunos na atuação de seus professores e que estas resultam em uma prática docente que distingue um bom professor.
The teaching profession is suffering crises ranging from the crisis of identity of the teacher until the disrepute dedicated to this class by society in general. There are many reasons to come to show symptoms related to poor welfare and even the teacher having to depart the profession. Despite this and going in the contrary direction, there are teachers who do not leave shoot and influencing by such crises and they are performing best practices and being recognized by the institution in which they work and, especially, for their students. Due to this design, this study was designed to make it possible to analyze what differentiates some teachers who see the teaching in a positive way and with great satisfaction. Their observation of everything that involves teaching means that are distinct from the others, reflecting in their classroom qualifying their relationship with students. For that, it is necessary that the institution has the school proposal and vision of man, points that go through the values of teachers. And, thinking about this, the school's study was chosen because of concern itself with matters relating to affection and a link, so that teachers can enhance their practice are impregnated with emotions and well-being, and who believe that for the construction of knowledge occurs in a significant way all these elements are necessary to the process. It is a paradigm whose work is qualitative and the approach used for data collection is the Case Study.To analyze these data using the Content Analysis. The relevance of the study, therefore, is justified from the data that emerged during the search, showing approximations of the teachers participating’s talk that despite being from different areas, they have characteristics and ways of acting in common. The way to relate to a being that has in its constitution affective aspects developed in a positive way, and their actions (being this reflex of its constitution) differs and there are reflexes in environments in which transit. The criterion for selecting the teachers thought it was due to the fact of considering the student, if the adolescent, as the subjects most suitable to identify those teachers who are deemed by them good teachers. Thirty-five of the third level of the High School participated in this research first and, through a questioner, indicated “good teachers” from characteristics they mentioned themselves. Five teachers received the most number of nominated and which answered the interview semi-structured. Including an interview with the pedagogic coordinator. The criterion for selection of teachers was thought due to the fact of considering the student, if the adolescent, as the subjects most appropriate to identify those who are their teachers they considered good teachers.The listener held the talk of teachers highlighted the importance of a professional who can be available to those who work in educating people, through listening to this, through a differentiated listening, give conditions for a rethinking of conceptions and practices that are being carried out. The look and listen to educator and psychopedagogists contributed to this process, since it has expertise and knowledge that give it a position to intervene and identify not only where they are being identified problems in learning, but also situations in which you can prevent these problems by qualifying recognition of teaching practices and successful. Despite the adversity facing the teaching profession, this study found teachers that are available to the group of students and that from this linkage, posing themselves as adults at referential potential for adolescents who practices the entry into adult life. Beside of these aspects emerged three categories which refer to the care and affectivity’s expressions; to the contribution of to be a teacher and to the adolescent searching an adult referential. The study emphasizes that there are characteristics that are perceived by students in the performance of their teachers and that they result in a teaching practice that distinguishes a good teacher. |
