| Abstract: | The inclusion of Social Work in multidisciplinary Health Households in Primary Care facing the challenge of realizing the wholeness, it is the central theme of this thesis. The theoretical discussion performed in chapters initially deals with interfaces between work, education and health, questioning the importance of policies qualification of employees for performance in the SUS. We discuss the history of regulation of Residence and the potential of such training, with the axes of reflection to work category and legal guidelines that govern it. And discussing the integration of social services in health, with emphasis on primary care. After that, we analyze the trends of vocational integration at this levei of SUS and the opportunities for training and work toward the assertion of completeness. The research design was quantitative and qualitative and grounded in critical-dialectical method. Occurred along the two programs Multidisciplinary Residence in the city of Porto Alegre and was subject to 23 social workers addressed through questionnaires and semistructured interviews. Among the main results of the survey, we identified that the processes of work / teaching in homes have features that endorses health work guided by the interdisciplinary and comprehensiveness. Participation of Social Work in teams occurs through different health interventions, with emphasis on approaches to control social / community mobilization and health of the family. Regarding the completeness, the SUS guideline is perceived by social workers through the broader concept of health and the establishment of mediation between health and social totality. The contributions of the work of social workers for completeness are associated with the particularities of knowledge and professional actions as the seizure of the health needs through the social experience of individuais and the affirmation of the centrality of rights in health care approaches. The contributions of Housing for the construction of wholeness are associated with learning through work, enriched by belonging to a multidisciplinary team, with the goal of teaching guidelines SUS. This training enables the qualification of the work of social workers for working in the SUS and other socio-occupational areas, as it provides inputs for interdisciplinary work and the development of the care activities with different approaches.
A inserção do Serviço Social nas Residências Multiprofissionais em Saúde na Atenção Básica, frente ao desafio de materialização da integralidade, é a temática central da presente dissertação A discussão teórica realizada nos capítulos aborda inicialmente as interfaces entre trabalho, educação e saúde, problematizando a importância das politicas de qualificação de trabalhadores para atuação no SUS. Discutimos a trajetória de regulamentação da Residência e as potencialidades dessa formação, tendo como eixos de reflexão a categoria trabalho e as diretrizes legais que a norteiam. Após, abordamos a inserção do Serviço Social no campo da saúde, com ênfase na atenção básica. São problematizadas as tendências de inserção profissional nesse nível do SUS e as possibilidades para a formação e o trabalho voltados para a afirmação da integralidade. A pesquisa realizada foi do tipo quanti-qualitativa, embasada no método dialético-crítico. Ocorreu junto a 2 programas de Residência Multiprofissional no município de Porto Alegre/RS e teve como sujeitos 23 assistentes sociais, abordados através de questionários e entrevistas semi-estruturadas. Dentre os principais resultados da pesquisa, identificamos que os processos de trabalho/ensino nas Residências possuem características que favorecem o trabalho em saúde pautado na interdisciplinaridade e na integralidade. A participação do Serviço Social nas equipes ocorre através de diferentes ações em saúde, com destaque para as abordagens relativas ao controle social/mobilização comunitária e à saúde da família. No que tange à integralidade, esta diretriz do SUS é apreendida pelos assistentes sociais através do conceito ampliado de saúde e do estabelecimento de mediações entre saúde e totalidade social. As contribuições do trabalho dos assistentes sociais para a integralidade estão associadas às particularidades dos saberes e ações profissionais, tal como a apreensão das necessidades de saúde através da experiência social dos sujeitos e da centralidade da afirmação de direitos nas abordagens assistenciais. As contribuições da Residência para a construção da integralidade estão associadas à aprendizagem através do trabalho, enriquecida pela pertença a uma equipe multiprofissional, tendo como baliza pedagógica as diretrizes do SUS. Essa formação possibilita a qualificação do trabalho dos assistentes sociais para a atuação no SUS e em outros espaços sócio-ocupacionais, pois oferece aportes para o trabalho interdisciplinar e para o desenvolvimento de ações assistenciais com diferentes enfoques. |
