| Abstract: | This research investigates the sense of marxian critics of the alienated work, the unfoldings of that specific form assumed by work, and the ways that must be gone for its overcoming. Moreover, it tries to expose that, in spite of the deep changes happened in our society, since the time of the elaboration of this critics, the alienated work continues to be a part of fundamental structure that guarantees the capitalist system of production. Advacing in the ways of this investigation, we try to expose, at first, that there is a fundamental relation between work and development of human being's potentialities, but that the work also can impede this development, having, in this way, an ambiguous character. After, we investigate the influence of the hegelian thinking concerning the marxian critic of the alienated work, and in what consists this form that work assumes in the capitalist system. And then, we investigate the unfoldings of the alienated work, that are directly relationated with the logic of capitalism's functioning. Those unfoldings are the private propriety, the work division and the change of the worker into merchandise. Then, we expose the ways that must be gone through, according to the marxian conception of the human being and of the history, towards the alienated work's overcoming. At last, we try to expose that the marxian critics of the alienated work stand actual, though the antagonism between classes has a very larger complexity, and the work has assumed very different configurations since Marx's time. That actuality is based on the fact that the antagonism between capital and work ever existed, and that the work, though it is more and more under capital's domination, but its centrality is called into question, is inseparably connected to the humanization of the humans beings.
Esta pesquisa investiga em que consiste a crítica marxiana do trabalho alienado, quais os desdobramentos dessa forma específica assumida pelo trabalho e quais os caminhos a serem percorridos para a sua superação. Além disso, procura mostrar que, apesar das profundas mudanças ocorridas na nossa sociedade, desde a época em que essa crítica foi elaborada, o trabalho alienado continua fazendo parte da estrutura fundamental que garante o funcionamento do sistema capitalista de produção. Ao percorrermos os caminhos desta investigação, procuramos mostrar, inicialmente, que existe uma relação fundamental entre o trabalho e o desenvolvimento das potencialidades do ser humano, mas que o trabalho, também, pode impedir esse desenvolvimento, possuindo, assim, um caráter de ambigüidade. A seguir, investigamos a influência do pensamento hegeliano na elaboração da crítica marxiana do trabalho alienado, e em que consiste essa forma que o trabalho assume no sistema capitalista. Depois, investigamos os desdobramentos do trabalho alienado, os quais estão diretamente relacionados com a lógica de funcionamento do capitalismo. Esses desdobramentos são a propriedade privada, a divisão do trabalho e a transformação do trabalhador em mercadoria. Adiante, mostraremos os caminhos a serem percorridos, conforme a concepção marxiana de ser humano e da história, para a superação do trabalho alienado. Por fim, procuramos mostrar que a crítica marxiana do trabalho alienado continua atual, embora o antagonismo entre classes apresente uma complexidade muito maior, e o trabalho tenha assumido configurações muito diferentes daquelas existentes na época de Marx. Essa atualidade se sustenta no fato de que o antagonismo entre capital e trabalho nunca deixou de existir, e de que o trabalho, embora esteja cada vez mais sob o domínio do capital, a ponto de sua centralidade ser questionada, está indissociavelmente ligado à humanização dos seres humanos. |
